I'm in more of a depressed mood than I normally am. Particularly after certain events unfolded, which could've ended badly for me.

Slightly annoyed that I have to write yet another letter tonight to a bunch of solicitors to complete something that should have been done months ago.

Honestly, I REALLY dislike my assertive mode. But if I have to go down to their offices to beat them with a pillow case full of bricks to encourage them to do their fecking job, I will. It's coming up to the one year anniversary of my mother's death in mid October. This month marks the anniversary that she was diagnosed with cancer and was put in a hospice. Probate work was done in February. What remained after that was a simple debt payment to clear my mother's credit card with more than enough money on hand to do so. That and to send me an invoice and breakdown of their fees so that I can pay them and bring everything to a close.

First year after losing someone you care about is the hardest one. I will not tolerate their incompetance and blatant disrespect for the task at hand in regards to my mother's will and estate. They will abide and comply with their duties or else I will do things to them that small children in the future will sing songs about! I don't care if they are busy with other things. If they were oh so busy, then perhaps they should have stepped aside in the first place like I asked them to. No excuses!

So yep! Minor annoyance is what I'm feeling.

Upset with a mod on another forum that's accusing me of downvoting posts for no reason just because I downvoted a lot of posts in one particular thread. I'm not downvoting for no reason at all, but I AM getting targeted by a mod for no reason.
