Hope you don't mind, I provided some medical NPC's to help out with this part of the story. 

Also, Emerald, if you want an in-story reason why your character has been away all this time, I just like to think that she stayed home all this time, mostly uninterested in the events that been happening in town. But feel free to insert whatever backstory you want.

@Samurai Equine I appreciate that. I had assumed my character would have been carted off by medical ponies from the start when I had posted it, but this'll work. I'll have my character half remember the impromptu "tour" he had when he wakes up after the race is over the next day. 

Oh and if you could hit me up when the next day actually starts in the rp I would appreciate it.

I'm sorry, I really don't have much to add to your story right now. I'm really focused on the race. But as long as you don't go too far off from the simple, slice-of-life tone set by the show, feel free do whatever you want with as many NPCs as you please. If I see anything I that I don't think fits within the RP, I'll speak up. And I've been very lenient/forgiving.

In case anyone gets confused by my posts, I am using both spellings; Cart and Kart.

As far as I know, "Kart" is not the original/correct spelling, "Cart" is. Spelling it with a K a stylized piece of slang, like the "Kombat" in Mortal Kombat. It's suppose to be spelled with C.
However, thanks to things like Super Mario, "Kart" has become a widely accepted spelling. So i use both.
Whenever Samurai Equine is talking about it, he'll use Cart. Think of it like how a some people will study a foreign language so hard that they end up speaking it way more properly than the average person. For anyone else, like Trilby Hatter, I'll use Kart.

I set it up like that specifically so I could take a back seat during the race, no worries. When the race is done and it's the next day, let me know and my character will wake up.

Do you mean the Mario Kart artwork? If so, then thank you, but I didn't make that drawing. Although, that was the kind of idea of the drawing I had commissioned from Lord Valtasar from the forums.

Okay and thank you for letting me know. I know Dynamo will freak out as he would have watched the show on TV if TV's are canon in Equestria. If not, then there might be a way that he'll know about Speed Racer. Also, I'm going to wait until Pastel makes a response. I didn't want to go on ahead without her in a time skip to when they get to the starting line.
