QG omega equation
The QG Omega equation is probably my favorite. It describes the flow where the Coriolis Force and Pressure Gradient force are nearly in balance, but are being affected by inertia. Essentially, it is used to determine large scale areas of ascent (rising motion) in synoptic maps for meteorology.

I have a lot of faves. 

One of them is

y=mx+b, especially when you gotta transform

Like this

3x+6y=12

6y=-3x+12

y=-.5x-2
 

Also, the classic polynomials like 3x^2+6x+4=42

 

I used to hate "age" problems but I love them now. They're so much fun and easy. 

But my favorite equation of all time, has to be d=rt or Distance = Rate x Time.
