How would both  Celestia and Luna react to  Sweetiebelle being  an  artificial intelligence program to think and act like a filly without realizing that it was an Machine  and how would Spoiled rich react to sweetiebelle being artificial intelligence 

and how does sweetiebelle react to the fact that she a machine and not a real pony

I believe given Equestrias technology that they would most certainly assume it has to do with some type of magic. We use our current understanding to understand what we understand about the world. Often magic would be the most easy explanation. Therefore given they don't have the technology to know what an artificial intelligence is although perhaps they would understand basic hydraulics they would have trouble understanding how exactly that would work. In other words they would assume magic and same is true for most other ponies they'd think ah yes a magic pony. Technology for trains does exist therefore they have understanding of engines I assume technologically they are somewhere in the 1800s perhaps or that's my theory hehe.

and equestria have videos  game arcade   I think equestria Technovogy have evolve since 1000 year after  nightmare  moon banishment it might be like the 18000

 so I think they would know what Artificial Intelligence and  they would probably would have the  technology to know what Artificial Intelligence

 

I think spoiled rich would hate sweetiebelle for being a machine and for helping diamond tiara to see the error of her way

and spoiled rich might spread untrue rumor  about sweetiebelle being a murder machine

Spoiled rich is  a  manipulator and might try to get everypony in ponyville to turn  again sweetiebelle well maybe scootaloo and applebloom or the mane six and celestia and luna would tell everypony the rumor were false

spoiled rich might end up in jail and might get divorced by filthy rich and would take diamond Tiara to raise her
