It really depends on various factors like how I feel, what happened that day, and so forth. Also I talk out loud to myself a lot cause I weird!

When and how I'm going to die. I have derealization and depersonalization so a lot of times I think about if I'm real, who and where I even am. Work screw ups. Money.

Not very much good lately. I dwell on the same topics and end up hating myself for it. I just find it very difficult to distract myself with other things lately and it's wearing on me.
