Sternly, she'd now walk over to @Astral Soul "Astral, I'm going to need your..." extending the candle awkwardly, "monocle plant life observy thingy..." with a single clueless blink of her big blue eyes.

"Anyway!" 

Upon giving them the candles as such guiding lights to follow through, she'd gather some more of those flowers from the trees and then fly off to where she'd see the confused form of @Reality Checkjust standing there in shock, observing the confusion. "Hey," she'd whisper from behind him, emerging from the darkness and handing him a flower, "I'll need your stone... follow the guiding light to the door." and she'd reveal her elphenite glowing potion necklace so that she was more visible now. She'd then encounter the blessing of @Sophie H.taking care of the fillies and give her one great big hug. "You're one amazing magical mare, Sophie -- you somehow managed to keep them together despite the chaos." She'd wink and then find the motivation to keep going after the warmth of a fond hug. 

She'd notice that things had calmed down, she could see that Magloria was truly distracted by the Frostbite situation. Why was he acting this way? The potion was thrown directly at him and he received most of the fumes -- but it was supposed to make everyone calm down. Instead, she was pleased to see there was no violence or fighting -- so at least -- that worked. But she couldn't help but notice that Frostbite looked... almost... defeated? @Cagey Did he thrive on violence and fighting? Was he confused? The small form of Silky would pause in a perplexed manner before being bumped up against by either @Sophie H.or @Reality Check -- and then, she'd shortly notice another smaller form "oh! hey!" Her eyes would widen with surprise as she'd notice the mischievous little @Sycofear13... "maybe you can try to get the gems from Magloria while she's distracted by Frostbite's little tantrum over there.." she'd giggle and offer the little filly some candy as if to soothe her from the drama. "Play to our strengths, right?" She'd wink. "Follow me, everyone..." the instruction was more of a joke than anything but should the little filly wish to, Silky wouldn't protest against it. She'd giggle and pat @Silverspark184 on the head, "you've been such a kind silly filly... so patient despite all of this." And as the group would finally gather at the door.. Silky would feel ready to see what they had to offer to open the door. 

Cali looks down at the piece of candy for a moment then looks back up to silky "Fine." Then very sluggishly 'sneaks' up to @Magnoliato try and gain access to her pockets.

But she'd quietly watch, Cali was experienced in her roguish ways it seemed. Silky was surprised by how the filly took her joke... and her candy.. as if this were a business transaction or sorts. A soft frown would don Silky's face as she quietly watched. Taking a cautious step forward as she awaited her friends Tree Song and @Astral Soul @Silly Druidto join her.

Luckily, Magloria @Props ValRoa seemed VERY distracted by @Cagey's Frostbite to notice just yet. Silky just hoped it would stay that way....

Silverspark:teleported herself up onto Silky's head to watch how this will play out if Cali couldn't  get that gem away this little prankster quietly teleported one of her smoke bombs to @Sycofear13 thought this would be helpful though the two Magloria @Props ValRoa   and Frostbite @Cagey will get a surpise from it if Cali @Sycofear13

Gust made his way back to the fork in the paths, intent on heading all the way back to the cottage, and noticed everyone seemed to have gathered a short way down the other path. He could feel the tension in the air as he approached the group, or rather the two groups. Magloria and Frostbite were a safe distance away from the others and, upon coming a little closer to the two groups, the mistrust was clearly visible in their expressions.

"What's going on here?" he asked. Though the question wasn't directed at either group in particular, his gaze fell more on the kirin and the icy mare.

Magloria glared over to Sophie from a distance. "Feelings are deceptive, only through evidence will I be convinced. No wonder why ponies are so easily mislead by Changelings - feelings over facts. If you have nothing to hide, you can easily prove to me you and the others aren't Changelings." Magloria growled to Sophie. Though she knew nothing about Sophie, but found it annoying how they were refusing to prove themselves not to be Changelings. 

Magloria didn't respond to Frostbite, continuing to pull him a ways away from the group. She then would stop, and look to him. "What did they do to you?" she asked, disappointed she didn't react in time to stop him from getting affected by the potion. She shook her head and sighed. 

Magloria would look to RC and shake her head, more concerned about Frostbite than responding to a stranger's question.

Sophie could see Magloria hunched over Frostbite, she looked down at him - her eyes were blazing of rage. The idea that she could lose her daughter to Changelings filled her with an insurmountable amount of rage. If Sophie looked closer, she could see that in her eyes - contained a heavy degree of sorrow. Though, Magloria wasn't focused on Sophie at the moment.

"I don't know," Frostbite retorted, eyes darting to the side, still looking for Silky like he was desperate to fix whatever it was. He pulled away from Magloria, agitated and strangley jittery, though his fierce glare didn't abate. "She messed with my -- my head, and I hate it."

Under the darkness, it was impossible to tell that his face was red.

The other ponies were staring at him with a combination of apprehension and worry, which just angered him more. He fluffed his floof and growled at them. 

He and Magloria argued a bit, and were distracted enough that they didn't notice Cali @Sycofear13 scooting around Magloria's saddlebags. They were so distracted that until the group started moving back towards the door, Frostbite didn't notice @Princess Silky's reappearance.

When an orange stallion @Totally Lyra approached, asking what was going on, Frostbite did take notice, though -- there was Silky's glowing necklace. Forgetting Gust's question, he bolted forward. "YOU!"

Thankfully Cali is able to reach into Magloria's saddlebag and take the gems. Magloria had left the saddlebag unlocked, forgetting to close it all the way as she should have. The gems were ontop of her other gear in the saddlebag, and they were easy to grab. Cali probably wouldn't want to stick around more than what was absolutely necessary.

Magloria would then sprint after Frostbite, noticing something was up with him. Whatever was happening, his mental state was clearly altering. "I don't know what she did. But she better undo it soon." Magloria growled fiercely, and sprinted after Frostbite. She looked to @Totally Lyra "These ponies refuse to prove they are not Changelings. Wanting to take some gems from me so they can open some sort of door. It's probably a trick." she stated in annoyance. 

Magloria didn't notice that the gems were already missing from her saddlebag as she said that.

Gust saw Frostbite dash toward the cloaked Star Silk and hesitated for a moment. This wasn't the first time today that a changeling had tricked him, but he was fairly certain he knew which one was acting more like a changeling if either one of them was. He lunged forward as well, sprinting to get between the two ponies if he could. He flapped his wings in order to get as much speed as he could to cover the distance first, but his hesitation had given Frostbite a noticeable lead. He changed his target, now running directly at Frostbite, intending to collide with him and knock him off course.

Silky was already standing there, defensively and ready to pounce, until Frostbite would lock gaze with hers due to the flashing green light around her neck. This allowed her some visibility to his face but she was unable to react on impulse due to the paralyzing terror that made her blood run white for a moment. @Totally LyraGust would arrive to inquire what exactly was happening but it seemed the answer was already given when Frostbite's reaction would focus on the target that caused all of this. This... target... would suddenly blink in a thoughtful manner before gently leaning in. "W-wait a second.... is that... bl-- Frostbite. Are you... blushing?!" The undignified sound of a suppressed laugh would entail that remark as she managed to realize the kirin pony was still a bit dazed from the altered state. Silky would then guffaw and giggle, it was probably the potion! And this potion truly tends to soothe ponies, so she was alright. Right? 

... Wrong. 

She remained slightly complacent for a few seconds until the false sense of security would shatter. Frostbite would suddenly charge forth with quite the spectacle of Magloria following behind uttering her suspicions and accusations of the team while an unassuming little filly @Sycofear13successfully does her job. Silky would break into a squeak and a sprint as she dashed to the wooden gateway as if that was suddenly the exit, gently pounding her hooves on it for a moment as she screamed "OPEN THE DOOR!! OPEN THE DOOR!!" But nothing would budge. Many sockets were missing their gems and so the little pegasus would panic and make the run the opposite direction. Running and running, until, suddenly, she'd skid to a halt upon seeing her mother and then hide behind her. Her hood down, her swirly purple hair streaked with golden accents flowing and whipping as she'd dash to hide behind Magloria. Like a child attempting to hide...... like a child hiding behind its mother? ....  Except she had a grin. A very mischievous grin as she'd wail out loud "MOM! Mom! Stop him!" And should Magloria try to grab Silky, she'd keep a safe distance to try to take flight, removing her cloak altogether just in case the situation should arise. She gave @Sophie H.a look as if hoping to guide the filly @Sycofear13to do their thing while she waited for @Astral Soul and Tree Song @Silly Druidto join. "Reality!" She'd call over to the young stallion @Reality Check... "DON'T FORGET TO PLACE THE GEM ON THE DOOR!" It was within earshot for @Totally LyraGust and @Stone Cold Steve Jobsto hear...

Seeing this majestic stallion try to stand between her and Frosbite, a wave of gratitude would wash over her and she'd try to make eye contact with him to nod a thanks... but she looked desperate as if the situation was escalating too quickly and they needed to focus on the task at hand. "Frostbite, calm down... these feelings," she say between huffs as if she were trying to catch her breath, "Are.. totally.. normal... " she couldn't help but giggle and then push the ground off beneath her to take flight for safety, her cloak a bundle of cloth behind her as the clanking of potions could be heard from the belt around her waist. "Perhaps you should learn more sensitive feelings that are not so aggressive..."

The pink pegasus seemed to be deliberately taunting him away from the door... and the little filly @Sycofear13who had taken their gems.

Frostbite chasing Silky, Magloria chasing Frostbite, Silky hiding behind Magloria, Gust lunging for Frostbite and missing, careening to the side, Silky shouting, ponies crying out, the foals scrambling to follow Silky's order to Reality -- everything was chaos.

Frostbite yanked @Princess Silky out from behind Magloria @Props ValRoa with his magic, but he didn't get too close. "These... feelings," he spat, "aren't mine. You put them into my head with your magic potion. I don't want them, I don't want to feel--" He cut himself off, snarling. "You did this. Make them... go away."

Gust had to adapt after Star Silk's change of course to get between her and Frostbite, but that course also brought them closer to him. That was fortunate, because his run had slowed a little as he watched the situation unfolding. Between her hood coming down, revealing who was underneath, and her attitude toward Frostbite, the whole situation was losing its air of danger and leaving him much more confused. After another glance at Frostbite, he arrived between them and braced himself for whatever they would throw at each other.

Silky was now lazily floating in mid-air on her back, her wings idly flapping as she'd suddenly look down at Frostbite's words as if she were insulted. "Slander! I wouldn't put feelings that weren't already there -- that potion was supposed to be for Skylight who wanted people to relax and not resist what was already bubbling underneath." She'd blink and look from Frostbite to Magloria. "I've never seen two completely highly guarded ponies be so protective of each other and so close. Regardless of the facade you put up... a friendship has bloomed and you may struggle to admit it.. but even in your absolute obnoxiousness... you have shown some kind of kindred spirit. So," she'd add with a hint of spite, "there's a level of understanding that you two agree upon that is definitely beyond the comprehension of rest of us!" She'd shout the last words as if they were petty jabs. Revealing a rather immature hint to her personality despite the authoritative way she'd held herself on earlier.

All eyes on her, the moment would feel awkward as she'd now offer a crooked smile to the rest of the ponies with a dismissive chuckle of "eheheeh, carry on..." Seeing the others make it to the door, she'd nod her approval. "They don't all fit to the socket, but if they do -- sweet Celestia that would be a relief!"

She'd then look over to @Props ValRoa Magloria and Frostbite. @Cagey "If I were a changling, with all of these emotions you guys are recklessly spatting at us, you'd have doomed yourselves -- anger and outrage are emotions in and of themselves, you know." With a single, affirmative nod.

She'd then fly over to the orange stallion wit the flummoxed expression, "Oh... you're here! I remember you from when you were hanging with Vibrant and that lantern." Her gaze would lower, touched with a hint of lament.... that peaceful moment seemed so distant... and innocent compared to now...
"The one with the beautiful flower in it...."

As @Sycofear13would make it to the door, the gem that belonged to Magloria and Frostbite would -click- as if the perfect fit. A sound confirming the union of a blossomed friendship. Cali's own little gem fit right next to @Silverspark184 like two filly gem toys. She would then look over to @Reality Check then look around for Tree Song @Silly Druid@Astral SoulAna and Gust. @Stone Cold Steve Jobs @Totally Lyra

Sophie in the meanwhile would make sure that the filly has enough time to put the gems into the sockets while her eyes are fixed at @Props ValRoaMagloria "You can do it @Sycofear13" Sophie says warmly with a smile to boost her courage.

Frostbite would suddenly charge forth with quite the spectacle of Magloria following behind uttering her suspicions and accusations of the team while an unassuming little filly @Sycofear13successfully does her job. Silky would break into a squeak and a sprint as she dashed to the wooden gateway as if that was suddenly the exit, gently pounding her hooves on it for a moment as she screamed "OPEN THE DOOR!! OPEN THE DOOR!!" But nothing would budge. Many sockets were missing their gems and so the little pegasus would panic and make the run the opposite direction. Running and running, until, suddenly, she'd skid to a halt upon seeing her mother and then hide behind her. Her hood down, her swirly purple hair streaked with golden accents flowing and whipping as she'd dash to hide behind Magloria. Like a child attempting to hide...... like a child hiding behind its mother? ....  Except she had a grin. A very mischievous grin as she'd wail out loud "MOM! Mom! Stop him!" And should Magloria try to grab Silky, she'd keep a safe distance to try to take flight, removing her cloak altogether just in case the situation should arise. She gave @Sophie H.a look as if hoping to guide the filly @Sycofear13to do their thing while she waited for @Astral Soul and Tree Song @Silly Druidto join. "Reality!" She'd call over to the young stallion @Reality Check... "DON'T FORGET TO PLACE THE GEM ON THE DOOR!" It was within earshot for @Totally LyraGust and @Stone Cold Steve Jobsto hear...

Seeing this majestic stallion try to stand between her and Frosbite, a wave of gratitude would wash over her and she'd try to make eye contact with him to nod a thanks... but she looked desperate as if the situation was escalating too quickly and they needed to focus on the task at hand. "Frostbite, calm down... these feelings," she say between huffs as if she were trying to catch her breath, "Are.. totally.. normal... " she couldn't help but giggle and then push the ground off beneath her to take flight for safety, her cloak a bundle of cloth behind her as the clanking of potions could be heard from the belt around her waist. "Perhaps you should learn more sensitive feelings that are not so aggressive..."

The pink pegasus seemed to be deliberately taunting him away from the door... and the little filly @Sycofear13who had taken their gems.

Silverspark:holding on as she slid  from@Princess Silky's head and down her back as she  ran at the wooden door  then straight to Magloria  and hid the small filly  trying not to fall off her as she took flight with her front legs around  the pegasus's neck watching the whole thing

Vibrant saw that ponies started gathering up. With changelings defeated there was no reason for them to stay. "Follow me!" said Vibrant as he started trotting down the same route that was previously taken by Raven, Roswell, Wind Walker and Blue. He hoped to catch up with them before any trouble would do so first. 

There was no time to look back, Vibrant was hoping that nopony decided to stay behind. Soon Vibrant felt like he saw silhouettes of ponies he was looking for in the distance. Curiously enough there seemed to be 5th pony. Who might that be?

Astral Soul brings Tree Song over the door and deposit the socket. He places all the candles on the ground. Then he turns to Tree Song and asks her politely to read what is written on the door. Thanks to his monocol he could see strange symbols on the door

So," she'd add with a hint of spite, "there's a level of understanding that you two agree upon that is definitely beyond the comprehension of rest of us!" She'd shout the last words as if they were petty jabs. Revealing a rather immature hint to her personality despite the authoritative way she'd held herself on earlier.

All eyes on her, the moment would feel awkward as she'd now offer a crooked smile to the rest of the ponies with a dismissive chuckle of "eheheeh, carry on..." Seeing the others make it to the door, she'd nod her approval. "They don't all fit to the socket, but if they do -- sweet Celestia that would be a relief!"

She'd then look over to @Props ValRoa Magloria and Frostbite. @Cagey "If I were a changling, with all of these emotions you guys are recklessly spatting at us, you'd have doomed yourselves -- anger and outrage are emotions in and of themselves, you know." With a single, affirmative nod.

She'd then fly over to the orange stallion wit the flummoxed expression, "Oh... you're here! I remember you from when you were hanging with Vibrant and that lantern." Her gaze would lower, touched with a hint of lament.... that peaceful moment seemed so distant... and innocent compared to now...
"The one with the beautiful flower in it...."

As @Sycofear13would make it to the door, the gem that belonged to Magloria and Frostbite would -click- as if the perfect fit. A sound confirming the union of a blossomed friendship. Cali's own little gem fit right next to @Silverspark184 like two filly gem toys. She would then look over to @Reality Check then look around for Tree Song @Silly Druid@Astral SoulAna and Gust. @Stone Cold Steve Jobs @Totally Lyra

Ziggs warned Silky and few of the other ponies that a strong blast of wind was heading their way.  An Imperial Star Destroyer and TIE Fighters were coming from another direction.

Silky would falter in her confidence in front of Gust as Magloria would suddenly pour all of that intensity upon her -- right in front of a bloody stranger and his beautiful companion! Silky was mortified. Looking around and then feeling indignant that Magloria would apologize -- but only followed up with the justification of -why- she did what she did. Which was not truly an apology to Silky's demeanor, which only became more firm.

"Protect me?? Protect me?!" Silky would gracefully descend on her hooves, fully outraged. "You didn't allow me to FLY for fear that I would eventually fly away... My interests are not like that of a normal pegasus...  you've always made me feel weird in front of company," gesturing at the ponies around her as a living example, "you've crashed my party out of nowhere -- uninvited. You STOLE Frostbite away from his match," she'd softly glance at Frostbite who... seemed to have been making soft eyes at Magloria -- or was she imagining that through his resistant growls? Silky was so heated in the moment, she was completely forgetting that his match never arrived and his chance meeting with Magloria in addition to the pairing stones indicated something of fate for their own personal growth or friendship to was at hand.

She'd then shake her head as if in protest to Magloria's accusation that Silky was somehow more proficient in magic than Magloria was. "It's because of YOU that I became obsessed with magic. My first magic potion was literally just berry juice and my whispering my desire to them for good luck just to feel like I had some kind of control over my own life. I wanted to disappear. And now you're here... " She'd inhales and release an exasperated sigh, blowing her bangs out of her eyes, "To humiliate me, as usual... you won't restrict me again, however." She'd push herself off the ground and into flight once more. "You won't keep me from being with Vibrant again. The pairing stones have spoken. And this is destiny." Pulling out her own gem, she'd notice how lifeless it looked compared to the others which had ignited... for a moment, she was doubtful of her own words. But, she couldn't reveal this too visibly on her visage...

Looking over to @Astral Soul, Silky would beam with renewed hope upon him using the monocle. He seemed to have found something interesting! "Now, if you'll excuse me... *Mom*" through clenched teeth, "We have an escape to get back to...." She'd flutter over to Tree Song @Silly Druidand @Astral Soulwith soft expectation as some of the sockets were filled with some gems and a gentle colorful glow in their union.
