Searching through the pockets on his firefighter outfit, he pulls out a paper cone and a container of sugar. "Hmm... I wonder..." Samurai thinks to himself.

Dipping the cone into the sugar, he uses his fire magic and... He creates cotton candy! He almost burns it a few times, but a success is a success! "Yattaze! I knew these hobby ideas would come in handy." Samurai pulls out more cones and more sugar.

*Anarchylight notices that cotton candy has appeared in front of her. After scanning it, she realizes that Samurai @Samurai Equine created it.
"Oh, thank you Samurai!"

Brightspark:caught her cotton candy before it landed in @Ice Princess Silky <3 mane  as she leaped up onto the pegasus's head and as soon she caught it  she slid and taking small bites

Moonlight turns his head just in time to catch blue cotton candy in his mouth. "Fanf fu, Famuai!" he says, and starts eating, without slowing down.

*Roswell continues running down to path to Sweet Apple Acres and sees the situation and he makes his choice as he runs down the right path and manages to clear all of the hurdles and continues running on his way*

*Shiny Silvermoon catched the cotton candy thrown by @Samurai Equine with her unicorn magic. The cotton candy that she received was icy blue.* "Thank you, Samurai!"

*After taking a bite of it, she suddenly stopped leaping to stare far ahead in the race. She tried to rub her eyes to make sure that they were working as intended but even then she still had the impression that Anarchylight @ComanderZhabikKlavik was catching up with Titanium @Wizard. Mathematical equations started to float in front of her face, as she tried to figure out how this could potentially be possible. She ended up realizing that if it was real, this would mean that Anarchylight is the fastest pony alive. In fact, it would even mean that he went beyond the limits of a normal living being which might cause a tear in the fabric of reality itself.*

"SAMURAI!!! WHAT THE PONY DID YOU PUT IN THIS COTTON CANDY?! I'M HAVING HALLUCINATIONS!!! I SEE ANARCHYLIGHT GOING FASTER THAN A BUS!!! I THINK I EVEN SAW HIM RUN ON WATER, DUE TO HOW FAST HE IS!!!"

Felis jumped and tried to catch the marshmallow @Samurai Equine threw at her. Her movements weren't very coordinated, but she barely caught it.

Samurai slows down a moment to congratulate himself of giving everypony a free treat with little to no mess. And also to eat his own cotton candy.

"I heard a rumor that says a little bit of sugar can give you a momentary boost of energy when you are working out. I guess we'll soon see if that's true." Samurai says to himself.

Titanium stifles a laugh "Yeah, you must have been enjoying those leaves at quite the pace! If you aren't even trying, then I'm in trouble!" She pushes her body to it's near limit, but finding it hard to keep up the pace. Her muscles cry out in pain, but she pushes onward ever determined.

As she runs, something hits the back of her head, something fluffy and sticky clings to her mane. As she shakes her head, the cotton candy stuck to her mane swings around and hits her in the face "AH! MY DETERMINATION HAS BLINDED ME!" She cries out, before accidentally tasting the delicious treat thrown by @Samurai Equine

"Mmmm determination is delicious!"
