Only serious one i have is when i got into a fight and had my head slammed into a wall, had 12 stitches, amazing how much blood comes out of your forehead, thought i was going to die.

edit -

i just remembered, got thrown through a sliding glass window and had shards of glass that cut ~2 inches near my elbow more towards the triceps

I have cut my left hand open when I was 8, I still have the scar. I have also super extended and broken my left leg. This isn't exactly an injury, but I have also been hit by a car going around at least 30 mph, didn't get any serious injuries but it sure hurt a lot.

I have a scar in my hand from being shot. I broke my left arm when I was five, never fly without your cape, and in the same year thought it would be fun to ride down the steepest hill in town on a trike. I got up so much speed I flipped TWICE (i'm not sure, everything was spinning) and hit my head really hard on the road.

Let's see, broke one ankle when I was 4 by jumping off grandma's bed, broke the other one a year later because I slipped on a carpet in my house, busted by chin open because I made a little plank bridge over a ditch and decided to jump on it (it was like a cartoon when it came up and hit me in the face. The doctor had to superglue it back together. You could see in it really deep), and a lot of smaller things.

  • 9 months later...

I work at a grocery store as a dairy clerk/backup checker and have received quite a few injuries. I have had three knee injuries each to my right knee, two heel injuries one from a shopping cart hitting the back of my heel and one from a 6 wheeler hitting the back of my heel and one foot injury from when an empty milk crate pallet landed on my foot. None of my injuries required stitches, surgery or anything like that and no bones were broken but my knee injuries took me out of work for weeks at a time, the first one being the most severe took me out for a whole month. I swear I feel like I am living in Loony Toons cartoon, a lot of times I wonder if I should look out for falling anvils and stray sticks of dynamite

My worst has to be when i got a concussion two years ago. Hitting my head was not so bad but the consequences were. For about a week after that i had vision and movement problems on top of near constant nausea and headaches.

I broke an arm playing soccer at recess several years ago. Someone tried to steal the ball from me and I tried to jump over their leg. I failed miserably and did a really weird midair twist before coming down hard. Not fun. I also rode my bike into a brick wall trying to race my dad around the elementary school when I was little. That ended well.

I also had to get stitches on Christmas :P. My family always seems to get injured really badly on holidays somehow.

I snapped my collar bone in half in grade 7, and can still feel the effects today. Under my left shoulder is a large bump where my old collar bone snapped outwards, and repaired itself over the old one. I can reach into the valley created by my old collar bone and feel my bones.

I've suffered multiple broken noses as well and a recent broken arm.

Not to mention I split my head open when I was 8 and had to get 6 stitches right down my forehead.

This was a long while ago but when I was about 6 years old, I was at the mall with my mom and dad and I tripped down an escalator. Had to get stitches all over my chin and that's about it.

I've never broken any bones, but last year we played softball in school in HPE.

I wasn't allowed a catching mitt because they ran out. So when I tried to catch the ball, it flew into my finger and bent it backwards. I couldn't write for a few days after that....

Yes, actually. I've dislocated my right kneecap. Twice. First time was a week before my 18th birthday. I was walking backwards, stepped wrong, and out popped my kneecap. Second time was 4 years later, when it popped out while I was stepping over a foot high brick wall. The second time, they took a cat scan and X-ray of my knee, because kneecaps should not dislocate twice in 4 years, especially when I'm not doing any sports or anything like that.

Turns out I have malformed knees. Basically, my kneecap groove is too shallow to actually hold my kneecap in place. I had surgery to lower the chance of it re-dislocating down to a 10% chance.

A couple of years ago, my liver went into failure due to the way my body metabolizes Aspartame. I was on the list to get a transplant, but I figured out the cause with the help of a specialist and recovered in time. I don't want to be poked with a needle for a long, long while.

As for more normal injuries, I got punched in the face once while fighting it out with a jerk. He got pwnt.

I've broken my left arm twice, once when I was playing during recess, and once when I was iceskating. Both times I had a cast.

I've twisted my right arm 180 degrees, because I failed at a regular jump on the trampolne while I tried trampoline gymnastics... I got a cast~

Oh, and I've pierced my lower lip with a stick! (I stepped on a huge branch and it hit my lower lip, going riiiight through.) I still have a scar.

Oh, and the most silly scar I have is on my forehead. I accidentally scratched it with my thumb when I was swiping my hair out of my eyes. And now, there's a small scar.

Remember kids to keep your hair in line, so you don't get any scars like I did! derpy_emoticon1.png

When I was a kid (not sure how old, probably around 9 or 10) I was playing softball with one of my older sisters at the park near where I grew up, and I was the one pitching. By a stroke of horrible luck, she managed to hit a grand slam...right into my face. The ball flattened my nose and there was blood everywhere. One trip to the hospital later, I began my week-long regimen of having an ice pack constantly pressed to it. I don't think it was actually broken, as I didn't need any kind of surgery and my nose is normally shaped to this day. But my left nostril seems to take in less air than my right...

I've had some injuries like involving my knees and ankles. I've banged my knee on a slide and it really almost killed me. I've twisted and broke my ankles on 3 separate occasions. I also have well, I never thought I'd say this but I have a curved spine.

Pretty much, I have bad luck with injuries.
