How has every ponies summer been?

Once you start working there's no such thing as summer, just really long days. Anyhow, it's going rather fine actually, been to a couple of hobby shops and the movies a whole bunch of times already.

It's been pretty boring. No NASCAR races to go to, no vacation, nothing really much to do. Though I did go to camp for the first time in my 14 years, so i'm happy about that

 

Also, on June 19th I became a Brony, so that ups it a lot.

So far, I've done nothing productive at all this summer, except for taking drivers-ed and going to Aruba, and I'll be headed to beautiful, beautiful, maybe not-so beautiful Sandusky, Ohio, for THIS wonderland

Great! On July 145th, I went to Woodenville, WA to see Ringo Starr and his All-Star band at an outside concert! It was at a winery, so naturally, when some of the other people watching were drunk, they embarresed themselves by dancing really badly. XD

 

There was a suprising amount of kids there too. O_O

 

Now for things that are still coming up:

Monday morning (around 3 or 4 am) me and my family are leaving to go to Montana to visit my older half sister, her husband, and their two kids. Can't wait!

 

Then my birthday is August 9th and we're probably going out for dinner. And I'll be getting $40 so I can get the MLP collectors set at TRU when it comes out.

 

Then I'm going to Everfree NW.

Well, I only got out of summer school about a week ago, so... meh. It was totally worth BS'ing all my courses during the normal school year, because summer school is just filled with BS teachers and BS homework assignments. We did absolutely nothing, and I got a 109% in English because they offer so much bonus for the legitimately stupid that it's impossible not to pass. Totally worth while. Also gave me something to do. I need to get out of the house more. #Hermit

I'm not an American so I don't have holidays for as long as you guys, but my 2 week holiday was pretty awesome! Went to a lot of city attractions in Sydney, but my last few days were quiet boring because I had to prepare for another 10 weeks of school

My summer has been pretty decent, really. Given that I'm out of school and enjoy the wonders of full-time employment I don't get any sort of extended vacation or anything, but I did take a little time off to head down to LA where I spent ridiculous amounts of money on food, drink, and merrymaking.

I've been working out a gym with some friends, taking driving school to learn to be a good driver, work at my part time job, and spare time goes to friends and the forum.

Mostly here on the forums, but I've gone to the beach a lot, and I've been to the pool some... It's been pretty epic so far. It should be. This could be the last summer I ever spend out here...

Going to add that I might even get to "swim" with dolphins tomorrow. "Swim" because yes, they and I are in the ocean, but you only really get 15-20 feet from them.

That's how my summer has been as well... Working alot! Stressing about college and saving money! Every now and then when I find a day that I'm off I hangout with friends and such though.

extremely boring, and I was in an absolutely horrible emotional state not too long ago for reasons I shall not release on here.

 

point is, this was a very horrible summer and I expected it to be just this way.
