What's the deal with everyone leaving?

What has been going on? I have seen quite a (few) people leaving the forums and it concerns me! If any of you know why people are just deciding to leave then let me know!

 

* I guess you could say the big deal I am making here was because I was concerned that the forums have been on a decline as to the reason for people leaving. Which I do not want because I don't want to see that happen...

 

*As I have seen the "negativity" that this topic has brought forth... I no longer have nothing to do with this topic, honestly I should have minded my own business in the first place. Am not going anywhere soon and made some great friends by joining this forum community. Also the people who have made what this community is now I thank you . So I have decided to leave this topic off with that.*

People have their own personal reasons, it shouldn't be too much drama for everyone because when someone leaves, another two or three join the forums.

A. Majorly butthurt over the changes to the forum, and feel their opinions are higher than everyone elses.

 

B. Butthurt at a user (Specifically me c:)

It concerns me too... although the main reason seems to be the new moderation rules such as the character minimum and the recent suspending of accounts from members under 13.

 

Although I'm still wondering whether or not the last created thread about someone leaving is serious. He seems to have been a member for quite a while and all of a sudden, his name seems to have changed to 'TheFirstPonyFagClopper' and he rages at every single aspect of MLPforums, even taking the time to insult Crona while he's at it.

It happens a lot actually, some just take it better than others. Some just feel alienated or left behind and decide it's better to leave. At this point though, it wouldn't be mlpforums without one of those threads every other day.

Lol, I just wrote up a response to one, but it got hidden. So here's what I had to say on this subject.

If you're gonna leave, don't be an asshole and change your name to some profane thing and create a giant thread that's MEANT to start a shit ton of drama.

What the big deal?

 

People come and go everyday, we got like eight or ten newbies every single day, and yet only one or two actually stick around to post more than just introduction. The only difference is whether they make a thread then generally acting like a fuss around it or not.

 

If you want to leave, then feel free to leave! It's not like Feld0 ever chained you to the site or something

the character limit is really annoying I admit, but that's not enough reason in my opinion to leave, I think the problem are the users, I'm completely unaware of what's going on with some users, I only know about all Ol'Sarge thing, but I didn't know that members under 13 got their accounts suspended, that's pretty harsh from the mods to do that.

I recently have read that thread this girl created and that got deleted, wow she was really resentful! too much hate in these forums

Well, obviously not EVERYTHING has to do with Finest, I was merely saying that Finest would be very near the top of a list of users sorted by how many people get pissed because of them.
