I feel that Mando Pony should get to star in an episode, and what i have seen/ heard makes that seem not so far fetched... He has been recognized by the creators of the show, and even hangs out with some of the cast.

 

After listening to his music, I feel he deserves to be on the show.

Hmmm... let's see. There are so many good choices that I'll have to make 3 separate lists: favorite voice actors to make a guest appearance, favorite live action actors to make a guest appearance, and favorite public figures to make a guest appearance.

 

Favorite Voice Actors:

Mark Hamill - if he used his Joker voice for even some tiny cameo, like a clown character in just one scene, I would DIE!!!!!!!!

Steve Blum - he would automatically raise the testosterone levels in MLP by about 120%!! LOL

John DiMaggio or Billy West - both Futurama veterans would be hilarious, and I could actually see Billy West realistically making a guest appearance, since he's friends with Tara Strong and has even appeared in a number of videos and conventions with her before. Actually, come to think of it, John DiMaggio could realistically make an appearance as well, since he's been voice acting on a number of kids programs recently, like Chowder.

 

Trey Parker or Matt Stone - this would definitely be the strangest guest appearance on this list, but it would be so wonderfully bizarre to see either of these guys voice any character on such an innocent show like MLP considering they are responsible for such a diametrically opposite show like South Park!!! Maybe they could voice an unnamed character credited as "Cart Man" or "Chef". Get it? HA!!!!!!!!!

 

Favorite Live Action Actors (who could realistically make an appearance at some point):

Steve Carrell - His voice is definitely not distinctive enough that people would automatically recognize him (which could be a good thing), but he's also quite talented at voice acting, and also one of my favorite comedians, so it would be quite a treat to see him make a guest appearance.

 

Andy Serkis* - I place an asterisk next to this fellas name because the guy, while he always appears in live action movies, rarely actually "appears" in live action movies, at least as himself. He is most famous for voicing, and doing the motion capture work for, Gollum/Smeagol in the LOTR's, and also gave an impressive performance in Peter Jackson's "KONG." While he doesn't do very many roles, when he does, he throws himself into his roles, and devotes himself 110% to his craft. He's also a fantastic voice actor, and as such, I'd love to see what he'd come up with for any character he voiced in the show (which, sadly, I know will never happen, because, like I said, he's very picky about his roles).

 

John Cleese - not my favorite member of the Monty Python troupe, but definitely the most active one today, John Cleese would definitely bring some great humor to the show if he ever voiced a character.

 

Jason Segel/ Neil Patrick Harris - both of these guys are some of my favorite younger comedians, and both would be absolutely hilarious if they voiced a character on the show, especially Harris, who has a very distinctive, and somewhat zany, voice.

 

Anne Hathaway - currently my favorite actress, mostly because she's very talented but also partly because she played Catwoman (fantastically!!!) in TDKR, she's also done some fun voice work in the past, most notably on Family Guy, and I think she'd have a lot of fun doing a small bit on the show and officially becoming a part of the MLP community.

 

Betty White - what can I say, it's Betty White. She's possibly the most lovable actress in all of Hollywood, and would be simply awesome if she made a cameo appearance on MLP.

 

Favorite Public Figures:

Donald Trump - now hear me out; I am certainly no fan of the guy, not because of his business policies, but mostly because I think he's kind of a pretentious and self-absorbed jerk, but if anybody can actually animate and bring some personality to the corporate stiff, it's Donald Trump. If he made some sort of cameo appearance alongside Filthy Rich's character, maybe as a cousin or business associate, that would be absolutley hilarious!!! And we know the guy likes the entertainment business; between his reality T.V. shows and the cameo appearances he's made in movies before like "Two Weeks Notice," the guy would probably be actually quite willing to make a cameo appearance if approached by the show's producers.

 

Jay Leno or Conan O'Brien - both talk show hosts are funny, have distinctive voices, and have done voice work in the past, and so would be quite delightful to hear on MLP.

 

Bob Barker - sure he's retired, but he's still America's favorite game show host, and has one of the most distinctive game show host voices of all time. As such, he'd be hilarious in any cameo appearance he made on MLP.
