movies/tv Worst Cartoon shows?

The pilot episode of FOX's short-lived Allen Gregory adult cartoon was so disturbing that it had me reaching for the power button 15 minutes into its original airing back in 2011, right after an extremely disgusting scene that I wouldn't dare repeat here (Mr Enter reviewed it if you're interested). The show was nothing but shock humor and piles upon piles of jokes coming from the main character being a condescending douchebag to everyone else around him, who all seem to be devoid of personality as well.

 

The show was canned after seven episodes, but my real question is why was it even ordered in the first place? I guess it was because Jonah Hill's name was attached to it and because it was creepy and offensive, and you know how FOX cartoons love being creepy and offensive for the sake of being creepy and offensive while disregarding the point of satire and social commentary.

I agree. I also think Phineas and Ferb, Fairly Odd Parents, Pretty much any Disney cartoon, and most cartoons on Cartoon Network mean't for the enjoyment of stoners, such as Problem Solverz, 12oz Mouse, Drinky Crow. On PBS, I hate Caillou! You suck Calliou, you bald headed whiny jackass!  :okiedokielokie:

Brickleberry - The characters are all assholes, the plots are modern Family Guy-esque, and most of the humor is animals having sex. Didn't Australia's Naughtiest Home Videos try that, and didn't get that cancelled midway because of stuff like that?

 

Johnny Test - I hate it for many of the same reasons I hate Friendship is Witchcraft. Also, "Crack that whip!"

3. Sonny With a Chance, tbh I always kinda wanted to like that show because I loved Demi Lovato so much but always just found it cheesy, stupid and disappointing.

 

4. Dave the Barbarian. Everyone hates you and your stupid family Dave so shut da hell up.

 

5. Emperor's New Groove (tbh most movies that were turned into shows usually sucked anyways)

 

6. Jesse. I NEVER liked the idea of this show to begin with, it just always seemed horrible to me. *pukes*

 

7. Jonas L.A......Again, I did kinda wanna like this one (and near the end it was getting slightly better.....) but it was still too cheesy......

 

And yeah that's all I can really think of for now, sorry most of these aren't cartoons but you did say they could be kids shows so........

 

Also, notice how these are mostly newer shows, what the hell happened to GOOD kids tv shows?!?! R.I.P good kids shows, forever missed........

I haven't really watched cartoons regularly since the mid 00's, but just watch some when channel flipping just to see what's on these days. These are some shows I've seen and didn't like

 

 

 

Breadwinners: WTF?!?!?   Looks like crap and is stupid as hell.

 

Annoyng Orange: JUST WHY?!?!

 

Sanjay and Craig: Looks crappy and is just stupid.

 

Adventure Time: I just CAN'T STAND the crappy animation. I just found the plot kinda weird too. Oh and Spongebob the iceman and Bender the dog is all I could think!

 

Regular Show: The animation annoys me but not as bad as Adventure Time. The plots are kinda dumb and it annoys me Mordecai and Rigby are supposed to be 23. I do like Muscle Man's freakouts though. From what I've seen, it kinda reminds me of  "The Angry Beavers" which I do like.

 

The Amazing World of Gumball: The 2D/3D animation thing is kind of interesting but I hate how the characters look. I don't like how big the heads are and the face animation overall. The voices are kind of annoying too. Also, does anyone know if the orange one is a jellyfish or something?

 

Ren & Stimpy: I never liked it. Looks very unappealing and was very dumb from what I remember

I could never see the appeal to it. I watched it and it was alright, not terrible. But it didn't give me the same feeling my little pony did.\. 

I felt the same way about Steven Universe after the first three episodes.

 

Then a few people mentioned how much better the series gets as it progresses, so I watched a few more... and then a few more... and pretty soon I had watched the entire series and was impatiently awaiting the next episode.

 

I can't guarantee that you'll like it any better if you watch more episodes, but I highly recommend giving it a shot.

Funny how  you all name one & the same modern shows 95% of which I didn't see a single episode of, but lol... guess you know better.

Though few of the worst (or not very good) shows from some ago would be:

 

The Fruitties - originally a Spanish cartoon from the 80s, saw it a lot on Cartoon Network in the 90s, watched recently & it was awful.  Plots are Ok, whole idea & characters as fruits is pretty interesting, voices (English) are great, intro song is cheesy & catchy, background music is nice, but the cheap animation just makes you forget all that.  Watching it it feels like as if it was made by those who make anime but only much much cheaper - whole show is like composed out of still images (where only mouth is what moves all the time) & loops with frequent coloring errors.  Also bad timing for many actions, like you can see a loop of character blandly & unrealistically walking for like 5-10 seconds, like if it's extended to be a filler.

 

Top Cat - same cheap animation like in all HB's 60s classic. It gets annoying to see characters in still poses nodding their heads all the time during talking.

 

Wacky Racers - same pattern plot for every episode & same unfunny gags over & over.

 

That Coyotee & RoadRunner shorts - awful unfunny cartoon of one character failing to catch the other one all the fawking time no matter what he does.

 

Rugrats / Hey Arnold / Angry Beavers / CatDog / etc - feels like they all were purposefully made ugly (and sometimes gross) to fit in to Nickelodeon standards...  No wonder, I hated that channel for not having anything I would like.

 

PB&J Otter - self explanatory.

 

As for a modern shows, then, well, MLP:FIM is one of the worst around thanks to bronies/cloppers that overrate it, annoy with pony porn & give a bad name to already annoying (especially acrid) show.

Oh & did anyone hear/watch Peppa Pig?    If you didn't then imagine I never mentioned it in the first place!

You can name up to 10 cartoon shows. or they don't even have to be cartoon they can be kid shows. for ex: icarly, spongebob etc. Here is some bad cartoon/kid shows. not in any order. 1) Mad (kid friendly version) To be honest, this one has bad animation bad/immature jokes and it just straight out annoys me, and it seems they only take 5 mins to make the show. 2) Out of jimmys head- This show.... Well this show only aired for like a month, and its stupid how a kid just dreams of some really stupid animals, and just plain annoying. 3) Ben 10 - the whole plot of the show is kinda stupid, some boy that has a watch that can change into 10 superhero characters? its kinda like copying Danny Phantom. 4)Dude, what would happen -Well, this show isn't for kids, it just might inspire them to just like destroy a car and try to make a airplane out of it. 5)Ningago- i think the whole set up, everything about this show is stupid. 6)Level Up- I Really don't get whats so cool about some teens playing a online game. 7)My dad the rockstar- bad everything. the animation, storyline, acting, etc. 8) Hannah montana - I Mean really, your just going to want to make kids want to be a rockstar, then they realize they can't be one then they cry. 9)All Grown Up- They like turn from babies to teens? like in 2 years? Sorry the show isn't the best, i dont like the plot of it, they should have kept rugrats going. 10)True Jackson V.P.- Can't relate to it, Nothing good about it, just plain eh. Mlp gen 3 and 3.5. the only way i can even try either with mystery science theatre  style commentary (look it up), and even then i still cant make it through even 1!   Havent even tried gen 2, and from ive heard, NEVER WANT TO. at least the original was SOMEWHAT bearble lol.
