No. Why should someone be too old for this?

 Well it's cartoon and some people don't like cartoons. Some people just like action movies and have interest in characters interaction with each other to get along. Some people would call this show cheesy wouldn't like it.  So there are definitely people out there who would never watch or like this show. But I don't see any point there age would come into play here, so ...

I feel there is no age range to MLP! for male presenting people it is a lot harder to get someone to accept that they like it as it is seen as "girly" but I believe there isn't a gender or age range on a lot of things.

Eventually, you are so old you'll have lost your vision. But thankfully there are audio. High frequency goes first, so less Pinkie Pie.

 

Answer is, no. You can be as old as you like (or don't, in my case). MLP is for everypony! I also believe Hasbro himself is old.
