Apple Bloom is my second favorite because her relationship with her sister is really heart-warming. But still...AB's big sister > All.

Yup, my favorite fanfiction genres are sad and slice-of-life, because I love having feelings and shedding "womanly tears". However, I don't think that some sadfics are all that sad.

 

Slice-of-life is basically regular ponies, which is why I like that genre.

I understand. My favorite genre is Slice of Life, too. However, I also enjoy the comedy and fics that feel like the show. Sadfics are also great, when done correctly. Sometimes, the melancholy hurts so good.

 

Hmm... Now that I think about it, most of my fics are Slice of Life... Maybe I like it too much.
