I'd combine Celestia with Reshiram and Luna with Zekrom because their colour schemes, light and dark, seem similar. My favourite pony is Fluttershy. And my favourite Pokémon is Arcanine/Growlithe.

Rainbow Dash and Shinx. A Lightening fast Pokemon capable of spewing electricity everywhere. Is known to sometimes cause thunderstorms. And just for the lolz, it learns Splash at level 30, for absolutely no reason at all.

 

Rapidash Sparkle was already done, its the elusive 650th Pokemon, only known to exist in the deepest parts of Hey You Pikachu's code.
