What time do you usually go to bed?

I usually stay up till around 5:00 a.m. and I sleep until 4:00 p.m. I prefer working on my schoolwork at night time since it's so quiet and calm. However, sometimes I get exhausted to the point where I fall asleep at around 6:00 p.m.

It depends.... if I have school... at 11 sometimes 12.

Weekends... around 2 in the morning... I used to stay up all night to watch the new episodes.

Usually either 6-8 a.m. or at around 1:00 a.m.

I don't go to sleep early and I don't sleep much either.

@Thundershock and , hiya. Just letting you know that since we had a few threads lying around for people to talk about what time they go to bed, your threads have been merged with an older one to keep the discussion in the same place :)

For me it depends on how busy of a day it is. No earlier than midnight, generally, and sometimes I'll get up to 4 in the morning when it's the weekend and I don't have anything I need to wake up for.

Around 1 AM. This past week has been a hectic one, causing me to hit the hay closer to 2:30 in the morning. Work sucks the next day when I do that. Gonna try to do better this week.

I get sent to bed at 10:30pm, but don't go to sleep until 12am thanks to the internet.

11-12am on weekdays, 12-3am on weekends or vacation.

I have a habit of staying up far too late far too often. I've pulled many all-nighters in the past and I have gone to bed as late as 4-6 am on many weekends.

Beginning late last year, I decided to reform my sleep schedule. I still have a long way to go, but my quality of life has improved tremendously. One thing that I learned is that your level of wakefulness on a given day is not just determined by how many hours of sleep you had the previous night, but by your overall sleep schedule. If your sleep schedule is erratic, you can feel exhausted even if you get a good amount of sleep on a particular night. Forming a consistent sleep schedule has helped me to feel more awake on a daily basis, which not only has played a major role in improving my performance in school astronomically but has made life overall more fun and less stressful.

I enjoyed staying up late to use the internet, but I've found using the internet during the day to be a lot more fun as I'm not mostly asleep when doing so. Additionally, now I can do other things when I wish to do so, such as take walks or ride my bike, that I would not be able to do at night.

Currently, my goal is to go to bed no later than 9:00 pm every night, and get up at 6:30 am every day. This provides me with a substantial amount of sleep each night in addition to forming a consistent sleep schedule. However, it is important not to sleep too much, because that can cause fatigue as well. The key is to find a balance.
