It was my birthday last month, and my niece's birthday this month.  Too bad Pinkie Pie couldn't throw parties for us.

Indeed.  Pinkie would inspire me to want to celebrate my birthday (I haven't wanted to in over a decade, not including the year a friend took me to a Seahawks' game).
