Just found this for the second time. I'm shocked that nopony mentioned:

Sandra And Woo

Awesome SuperPowers

And a few I already mentioned in the furry thread:

The Dawn Chapel (currently not so active)

The Abominable Charles Christopher

DMFA

Ballerina Mafia

Concession (finished, same artist as Ballerina)

I take writing commissions.

I just found Sandra and Woo a few weeks ago. I love it.

I've ready tons of webcomics, but my favorites at the moment are Octopus Pie and Friends with boys. I love both these comics because there's amazing writing, great art, and I can relate to both. Ones about a homeschooled girl trying to fit in at a new highschool, the others about Generation Y collage graduates making it in the real world the way things really happen. Which is they don't. It's humbling, but witty and intelligent.

I recommended them both

edit: as you can see, i haven't quite got hyperlinking sorted out :P

Most of the stuff I read has already been mentioned but my favourite is bug. It updates every weekday and its hilarious.

Also the System is great.

I can't make signatures.

My favorites are:

Sluggy Freelance (but I haven't read it in a LONG time and I am way behind)

Kevin and Kell (recently caught up on years worth of this!)

User Friendly

Dudley's Dungeon

I also sometimes look at xkcd and I don't know if it counts but I like The Oatmeal.

Yeah, the Oatmeal contains comics, so I'd say it counts.

I find some of his criticisms a bit excessive, like how he hates on horses and dolphins, but overall it's funny.

I used to read a lot of them but lately I've been whittled down to two: Penny Arcade and Lackadaisy. Lackadaisy takes forever to update, which normally makes me stop reading, but the art is so beautiful that it is completely understandable.

My relationship with Lackadaisy:

1: Read

2: Fanboy

3: Wait for additional pages

4: Forget that it exists

5: Stumble upon it again several months later

6: Return to one.

Megatokyo

Sandra and Woo

LFGcomic

Snafu-Comics is what I would think as an archive for webcomics on the site.

Threewordphrase

Pictures For Sad Children

VG Cats can't believe I forgot that one.
