Cutie mark: Phoenix Rising. There is a crazy alchemic variant above. I pieced it together with a bunch of old school medieval alchemic and mythological symbols. (It actually means something... cools).  

Pose: Hmm, well, it might be fun to see him sporting the Wonderbolt attire and flying for a change. (I am in the middle of writing a very shameless fanfic with him lol) He leaves a nice black plasma-like jet behind him in flight.

PoV: profile, I guess (or really whatevs you want to practice)

Pegasus: if he's flying, I'm going to assume they're open.

Just leaving an OC here in case I happen to get picked randomly. I don't have much of a chance of being picked, but nor do I have anything to lose.

 

Storming Star:

 

 

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark isn't very well established in my mind, but it is essentially a shooting star flying across a storm cloud. The cloud should be darkish grey without any lightening, and of course the star overlaps it. Here's a small reference picture (Minus the lightening):

 

 

Pose: He's a really shy character, but also has a bit of a hot-headed side. It'd be nice to have him posed to fly sort of readily yet unsurely. If of course you draw a storm cloud raining on him (see below) I'd like him to look sad and uh... pouty, like he's about to cry. 

 

POV: From the the side with him facing the left.

 

Other: I'd like his wings slightly unfolded/spread, but not completely. He should look as timid as possible, as it's kind of essential to his character. I'd like visible static electricity to be flowing through his mane, tail, and wings. Not a ridiculous amount, but enough to make the fur kind of spiky. If you'd like to take a more challenging approach, put a storm cloud over his head and make his body wet with a weighed down mane and such. You may add a bit of color, but only if it suits him. ALSO, if you reeeeeeeally want to, go ahead and draw a few shooting stars behind him and a lighting effect on his body as a result. Thanks a bunch, whether you do pick or not.

Well, I didn't want to bug you, but since assertiveness is being favored in this thread, allow me to jump into the fray.

 

My request from way back on page 6 has a rather challenging pose suggestion, I think. From directly in front, with her facing the viewer, her body is bent down on her front legs like she's about to pounce. Her mane is very long and wavy, touching the floor just enough to kinda drape it by a couple inches. Her broad, Celestia-esque wings would be fully extended to a very wide wingspan (about twice a pony's normal body length), and her facial expression would be more of a smirking, flirty "come at me" look directed at the viewer.

 

Is that enough of a challenge for you?
