Straight Outta Compton - It was perfectly acted, well written, and at times, heartbreaking. It's not a perfect retelling of NWA, but it does capture their passion and influence on the Hip Hop scene.

I finally got around to watching Rush.    A great movie, and surprisingly well written. I was thinking it would either be an over-dramatic, hollywood style take on the events or that it'd be full of geeky, technical terms only a hardcore F1 fan would understand, but it's ultimately neither. It's an engaging, thrilling and at times very touching recount of one of the most dangerous sports in the world at the time. Thoroughly enjoyable!

In Bruges. It's the fourth time I've seen it. It's probably one of my favorite movies. I really like it because it's one of the few good tradgecomedies I've seen. There's a lot of foreshadowing that's actually written well in it. I'm also a sucker for Irish accents.

Yesterday i watched Kung Fu Panda 1 & 2, along with A Million Ways to Die In The West. I've just finished watching The Waterboy and now im about to go watch Tangled... Yeah, i watch alot of movies XD

It's been a long time since I've seen a movie, but I think that last one I saw was Alien vs Predator: Requiem. What can I say? I'm a sucker for Predator and Alien.

 

*Searched and didn't see another thread like this* I saw The Grey today. I really liked it since it didn't follow hollywood conventions.

Especially the ending how he ends up dying, I'm a sucker when movies pull that kind of stuff

Just saw "The Man from UNCLE." It was alright, nothing really stood out about it that I'd reccomend beyond some stylistic efforts, nothing bad either. It's just passable padding for those who can't wait for more James Bond or something.

I saw "The Gift" recently and was pleasantly surprised. If you like good suspense stories, I highly recommend it. It's a subversive movie that doesn't end the way that you expect it to. I found that there was only one character that I could root for.
