It any of you are up for a laugh and have not seen this already, you are in for a treat. I used to love watching the original Teen Titans, so curiosity drove me to watch the new version. I found this clip on YouTube and I just about died:

Saw this a few days ago, then watched the rest of the episodes :3 This one was by far the best though xD The sandwhich plot was hilarious, and Raven's bored voice cheering on the character pegasi was even more so.

As a long time Teen Titans and My Little Pony Friendship is Magic fan, this made my year. Two of my all time favorite shows, mashed together made me crack up.

 

If nobody has checked out this new Teen Titans, do it. One of the best new animated shows next to MLP.

I've looked into it. Tara does both voices. She also did Raven's voice in the original Teen Titans.

 

Anyway, I guess I'll give this show a chance. I thought it looked stupid, but I dunno, maybe it'll be good.

Speaking of Tara, I'm fairly certain that she voiced the pony "Sparkle Face" in Pretty Pretty Pegasus in this clip; wouldn't surprise me in the slightest, considering Mrs. Strong certainly loves all things MLP!!! 

 

As for this clip, I don't watch the show in general, but that episode was GLORIOUS!!!!!!!

Meh, I do like this show, but I didn't really care much for that scene itself, I mean the episode was pretty good, but I just found the MLP reference to be really out of place, and it's not something that I would see Raven doing.

I do agree. Raven seems like the kind of person that would meditate and study magic all day instead of playing with ponies. Since this is a completely different series from the original, I guess they aren't taking certain aspects as serious as the original series did. 

 

I will say that it was hilarious when Raven tried hiding it when everyone arrived and then Robin suggested watching the show much to her surprise.

I actually enjoy the new Teen Titans. When you accept that it's not the old show, that it's pure comedy, you can have fun. If you're stuck in the past and were expecting the revival of the original series, of course you're going to be angry.

I dunno that it was specifically a "Friendship is Magic" reference. It seems like it could have been one of the earlier generations just as easily. Still fun to watch, though, and having Tara do Raven is also pretty darn awesome.

I actually noticed this in another episode; the episode where Robin complains about him being the least advantaged because of his lack of super powers. You can see Raven's laptop has a paused video with a "pony" on it. And yes, Raven is voiced by Tara Strong.

Who here knows who the Nostalgia Critic is? If you don't know who he is, look him up on youtube. He somtimes has skits, where mlp is mentioned, (but it's unknown why he does that), and there was one time where he THANKED us, because he had to tell the story about us to some guy, so he will be allowed to get in a plane to go back to North America. Also, for the movie Childs Play, he made a joke about Pinkamena.
