I know! Lets talk about Super Smash Brothers!

 

 

 

 

More importantly the new one that is going to come out for the WiiU and the 3DS. Being one of the very reasons I will buy the WiiU this Christmas I really am very excited to see how it looks. After years of playing Melee and other years playing Brawl, This is the biggest game I am waiting for.

 

There is a lot of things that the developers can put into it, And these are some of the things I would like to see in it.

 

• More and Moar characters: I would love to see famous and old characters from Nintendo to be in it. Like, Clu Clu to Dixie. The choices are endless! And I think with the power of high tech DVD's we can see a lot! Plus some third party characters too, but not too much to stray away from the main focus of Nintendo characters. Like, put Mega Man into Smash, because, almost every nintendo knows MegaMan, not some random character from a japanese looking title.

 

• 

  Trophies, and a lot of em: Yeah, yeah, there is already a ton in the game, there is also stickers. But hey, more trophies, means more collecting, and more collecting, means more time playing the game. It's a win win.

 

• Broader choosing of stage building: The stage builder for Brawl was cool and all, but I want MOAR, as the saying goes "If you give a mouse a cookie, he will want more and if you don't he will call your game dumb" wait...maybe that's not how it goes. But it would be cool to have new objects and hazards in your game.

 

• Hey, if you hate our music, put your own music in it instead:  Probably won't happen because of a whole lot of law issues and other things I don't have time to explain...you know what, ignore this one.

 

• I want to play as Random but this fat puffball keeps showing up, and I deeply hate him: Super Smash Bros had a place where you can decide which stage you chose and what items you can pick up during your battles, but never to decide what Random Character you would choose, this could come in handy at times and It could be set to someones Nickname, pretty cool huh?

 

• The most Biggest Adventure you will ever lay eyes on: And Finally, the biggest thing that I want...The Greatest Adventure Mode ever! Super Smash Bros: You just fight people and at the end you fight the boss Master Hand. Super Smash Melee: You go through classic games to fight the main character at the end. Super Smash Brawl: A Cinematic journey with your favorite Nintendo characters as they face off against the villains of famous Nintendo franchises. Now: The Adventure Mode gets better and better every single game. So it is going to be hard to pull off a good Adventure Mode, what i had in mind it should have another epic cinematic adventure but instead of random places and enemies created for the game. It should have the characters go into each others games and beat the crud out of the enemies in their world. It would be a very great experience nevertheless.

 

                           Now I want to hear what you guys say, what do you want to see in the new Super Smash Brothers?

I'm new to buy the series on the Wii U, but I'm really excited for it!

Overall, there are many things, but my top 5 have to be:

- At least 1 or 2 characters from any series.

- Balanced final smashes for all.

- Better online multiplayer.

- More unlockables.

- And more items that don't feel cheap like the infamous fan.

This isn't something I think about a whole lot, but there's a couple things I can think of:

First and foremost, you don't have to get rid of tripping, but at least make it optional like items.

Other than that...Mega Man, and some more female characters.

The last Super Smash Bros game I played was SSB Melee, and I last really got into it years ago. Can't speak for Brawl, but some of the things I would've improved upon included having a larger selection of characters, more unlockable or 'secret' characters, add in more dynamic fight stages, and keep up with the awesome soundtrack.

Waluigi as a playable character, simple as that.  Brawl almost pulled it off making him a smash trophy, but I've always wanted to play as him in Smash Bros.  They have Wario, who I love to play as in Brawl, so why not put Waluigi in there also?  If they do that, it would so make up for not having him in Mario Kart 7.

More different fighter-types.

It always annoyed me in the last parts, that Fox/Wolf, Captain Falcon/Ganondorf and so on had just faster/slower/stronger, but still the same move-sets.

I want to see Snake in the new game. He was my favourite character in SSBB, and I was pretty good when I played as him! Another think I would like to see is Mewtwo. I was really annoyed that they kicked him out and replaced him... with Lucario.

 

If they were looking for a new character, they should add Professor Layton. Now that the world's most gentlemanly gentleman has his games in 3D, he would be perfect for the game. Plus, with a taunt such as drinking a cup of tea or solving a possible, who could deny his awesomeness?

1. Remove tripping, or at least give it an on/off switch.

2. Make the game slightly less floaty.

3. Put some darn hitstun in there.

4. Tone down the items. I don't really like how half of the items are more or less instant win buttons.

5. Balance Final Smashes, and make them meter based instead of random.

I will not be buying the Wii U because I'm sick of Nintendo's complete suckage when it comes to third parties. As a result, I will not be getting the new SSB. Since I also do not have a 3DS.

2. Not more characters just different fighting styles for all of them. Like Ganon/Capt. Falcon having same moves Wolf/Fox ect.

3.Get rid of characters no one uses! The only time I have ever used Jigglypuff is when I want to humiliate someone on line.

4. Better Adventure. Subspace Emissary was OK but very repetative. Fight these useless guys move on to boss. We changed the weapon the useless guy has but he doesn't use it. TROLOLOLOLOLOL.

2. Wolf shares all of five moves with Fox, and all of those already have different properties. Jigglypuff is closer to being a Kirby clone than Wolf is to being a Fox clone.

3. Jigglypuff was a popular character in Melee, and one of the best there(and my main). That being said, I'm perfectly fine seeing her leave.

I want Shulk from Xenoblade and Dark Samus in it. Anything else is gravy. Or at least some of Xenoblade's soundtrack, because if one of Nintendo's best OSTs ever is left out of Smash then that would be awful. Dunno about third party characters, Sonic will no doubt be in again because of Nintendo's recent partnership with Sega though. Maybe some Namco characters too since they're helping develop.

You should get a 3DS anyway, best handheld out there right now in terms of games.

I will be getting this hopefully, but I don't know which to buy the 3DS or the Wii U version. Bare in mind I own both.

What I really want them not to do is add so many third party characters, I think that they should limit it to 3 or 4, 5 the most imo.

 

Really looking forward to this. Also, they should make the fighting style similar to brawl's melee's and have tripping in it remove tripping

as much as I would like to see Waluigi too, I doubt he has his own franchise, Wario was lucky because he has his own franchise (Wario Land + Wario Ware Inc.) and his own logo. Waluigi doesn't have a "world" yet, he's does not belong to the "Mushroom Kingdom" so. I doubt he would get added.

More trophies from each franchise. It's strange to see Mario and Zelda get so many while ones like WarioWare and Mother/EarthBound only have trophies of things that exist in Smash.

Remove uselessness such as stickers, trophy/sticker snapshots, and masterpieces/demos.

I just said last night while playing SSBB that they should make a Super Smash Ponies xD Just kidding. Even though most Final Fantasy games are Play Station, there are a few games on Nintendo, and it'd be really awesome if they could get chocobos on SSB. Maybe some Animal Crossing characters as well! I really would like to see more female characters, that are less sexualized.... Zero Suit Samus is just slutty.

As for the game play, it's a lot hard in SSBB to grab the opponent than it used to be, you could just grab and throw and I like that a lot better.

- A more robust adventure mode: either make a good story or just go back to Melee(I liked the idea of a Story, but SSE left a lot to be desired)

- More 3rd parties(but not too much): I loved Snake and Sonic's inclusion and would love to see more, but not too much, I say for 4 more at MOST

- More female characters: We know there's more to Nintendo than just Samus, Peach, and Zelda

- Bring back Roy and Mewtwo

- No more clones: There is absolutely NO reason why Ganon is still a Captain Falcon clone, change Falco, Ganon, T Link, and (if you bring him back)Roy's movesets

- Better balancing and online

- I'd love to see more recent franchises like Chibi robo, Xenoblade, Golden Sun, and (pretty please) Eternal Darkness represented

I never played any of the Wario Ware games, however I know that Ashley is extremelly popular, and she even sang one of themes in the Wario Stage, however, considering that assistant are new items to use, if she would appear in the game, it would be in that form, same goes to Waluigi which was an assistant already.

 

You know who I would like to see in the next smash. One or more CO's from Advance Wars, this game was epic on nintendo's handheld consoles and it's CO's are known by every fan. Andy is kind of the main character, but I would like if they added the original 3 (Andy, Max and Sami )

Tingle would be pretty cool now that I think about it, he aleady has the perfect recovery move with his balloon. He was already an assist trophy though, and a cool one imo at that, so he'd probably just be relegated to that again.

All I would like is a more compelling storyline and a better single player regime plus I would like to see Link be improved to what he naturally is.
