Happiness

Does anyone else feel happy, or is it just me? Because I am not normally happy. If it is just me, than I am one heck of an idiot. But if it's everypony else, then express your happiness here!

Nothing wrong with being happy dude, its a good thing haha. Sometimes I just randomly feel happy in appreciation for life! 

 

Other times its because I have something happen that makes me happy.

 

I'm pretty happy right now, which is actually kinda more rare, because normally when its late like it is here I'm more depressed, but not tonight I guess .

Stress control is something I believe to be a very powerful aspect to attaining happiness. While I don't think it's the only one, I do believe it's a significant factor. They say ignorance is bliss because that means having no awareness of stressors in the surrounding environment.

On some occasions I'm pretty depressed but, I can change my mood from sad to happy in just seconds. I see no problem with that, happiness can help you in a lot of things as long as your in a good mood.

Happiness is something that is rare for me, unfortunately. The only times that I'm happy is when I'm talking with peps on the forum, hanging out with my real world friends, or playing Xbox(sometimes). And these moments of happiness usually don't last very long. I'm a very depressed individual.  :/

I'm really happy right now as well. I am making a few friends here. It has filled me with joy.

 

I'm not usually this happy is the funny thing. Mainly I am either bored or tired. Boy, It sure is nice to have this feeling of joy and excitement every once and a while. It helps brighten my day considerably.

I have stress issues. I hear voices in my head as a result. And yet, it has never kept me from being an overall happy person at heart.

That isnt to say im happy all of the time.... im almost never happy at work (Mostly the depressing atmosphere and ddealing with the ignorance of general society.) IT all really depends on what the situation is..

The thing is, i'm not happy a lot of the time, so these random moments of happiness are very nice and joyful. I just like to control my emotions. Almost like Vulcans.

I'm very happy right now ^-^ Spent the day with my girlfriend. We did have some sad parts to our day (like not being able to find supplies for her upcoming pony party at Party City, despite them having listed tons of pony merch online), but I made her feel better, and now she's asleep next to me in my bed <3 Then again, I am happy most of the time now, because of her. Still, I like how happy I feel right now

im going to be straight forward and just say i cant really remember the last time i was really happy. mainly just because of reality of every day life the fact that im slowly dying right now and there is nothing i can do to stop it and mainly just a lot of personal issues.

well, i wasn't particularly happy, just kinda neutral. but it makes me happy to know that you are feeling extra happy right now *hugs and brohoofs for all! <3*

also kinda off topic, but i got back from disneyworld a couple days ago. tbh i don't consider it "the happiest place on earth." the commericalism, crowds, and the general rudeness/greed of said crowds left me feeling pretty bitter and cynical. disneyworld itself isn't to blame for the crowd behavior. its not disneyworld i hate, i hate humanity as a whole.

If you had asked me just last week, I'd have said yes I'm pretty happy.  However...I got fired from my job on monday so there isn't much happiness going around.  Glad to hear that you are full of joy though OP, I hope you find something that allows you to continue in it and spread it to others.
