I'm partially with Kitty, I'm at least trying to take a month long break from this game, maybe longer. If not a full break, then mostly arams and sparingly at that.

 

I have done this and it's hilarious no matter how the lane goes.

The reason ADCs weren't viable choices before rework was the fact that their damage was stable over time. Pick any ADC mid pre-6 and say "Hello" to champs like LB/Zed/Yasu and most of the assassins. You'd get shred with trades and zoned quick.

 

I'm not sure how S6 influences mid carries, but I doubt this should really change in higher level games. The reason they've appeared now is that people believe that S6 made ADCs godly. They're testing this out, but straightforward 1v1 early-mid game they'll still get stomped by assassins, period.

Also, the reason behind that was the fact that Warlord's Bloodlust returned 15% of dmg dealt via critical strike as HP. So you were able to shove the lane forward while warding and heal out any poke you might have received by the way. I'm glad it's been nerfed already, as it does no longer work on minions. This mastery only works against champions now. (tested, confirmed by myself) I mean, Rengar with Brawler's Glove as first item. 'nuff said, this thing was immortal at lvl 2 and outdmg'd/sustained anyone.

 

I DO fear the new champ anyway. She is GREAT for holding objectives once you secure area, but her greatest weakness is roaming. She's not really able to deal a lot of damage unless she's set up with her tentacles already. Without them, she's quite weak.

What I do hate about her is that spirit abduction though. Because when you get grabbed by Blitz / hooked by Thresh, you still can flash, use your evasive abilities etc. Here, your only counterplay to avoid damage is to engage the enemy once your spirit has been abducted. How I imagine the situation: You get abducted, but you can't really go in to contest your spirit because she has tons of tentacles set up around and going in means even more dmg on you. Ergo, free damage. A lot of free damage, judging from the videos. I only hope I'm wrong about it :s

Same here Morg Support is just amazing. That's my main pick but it depends on the enemy team comp. I alternate between Morg and Sona.

 

I usually do Tristana support for bottom lane but I discovered that Morgana is pretty awesome for both bottom and top. :3

See, that's usually what it was for me. Just something to do. However, it kinda grew from that and went from "just something to do" into "the main thing I do" for said situations. I would never feel like I had to play it, but I did it so much even for when I had no idea what else to be doing that it pretty much might as well been me "needing" it.

don't plan to touch league at all next season, but if i do i imagine i'll be playing almost strictly teemo

The current meta seems pretty annoying to me, since I'm not particularly fond of adc's or assassins, but I'm sure things will change a lot during the course of the season. I mean, early season 5 had OP true damage smite Warwick killing people even when they QSS'd, and a little later there was the huge tank meta where Urgot actually became a contested adc pick in pro play. We also had the hilarious instant recall bug :^)

I probably won't be playing much if things stay as they are, but the meta should change soon enough. Also, I'll maybe start playing more once they release the new crafting system.

Just got demoted to Gold V again after having a very hard time to get to Gold IV... Gaining 13-15 LP whilst losing 22-24 LP... Only lost 1 game on 0 LP due to having a Jungle Orianna in the previous game... I have now long enough accepted that there is no Elo Hell and that you are simply "not good enough" when you can't manage to advance but currently you just play with people who are too retarded to literally do anything, like following simply, rudimentary common sense... It just isn't possible to win some of the games let alone be able to win at least 2/3 games with people like that to at least gain LP or some close to a Promo... And when you're in those Promos, you get team mates who play even worse than the usual ones which is hardly possible... This is seriously draining the fun I have in this game... And this is only valuating their level of skill, I didn't even include the fucking flamers...

There will be matches that you can't win, and there will be matches that you can't lose 50% of the time. And the other 50% are dependable on your performance in game.

Keep in mind, you only need 55% win rate to climb elo.

Okay, in my opinion, season 5 was the worst year for balancing and fun for me. I have no idea what it's like to be part of the balancing team, but it must suck hardcore.

The tank meta totally killed all fun I had playing the game and killed my excitement to play ranked after reaching 30. HOWEVER, I cannot wait for season 6 and what it has to offer!!!!

The new items freshen up the build paths for my favorite champs and my main; Kindred! Also, the main reason I put off ranked for soooo long was because of champion select and I cant wait for the new system!

Damn Illaoi fun to play. It's been and win a few games in a row louse a few games but it's still fun. I tried topping with her. But  the only champ I'm good with top lain is Sion. So I use her as a support at bat. The walls are closer and I main bot lain anyway.  

 

Plus it's fun doing her taunt. It makes me wish they got the voice actress to say "Come at me bro.".

Even worse when you're snared or slowed or even stunned under an enemy turret then when it wears off you can't get out because both your team's and the enemy team's minions are in the way which causes you to die and whether by turret or by the champion your facing. I have this problem in both mid and botlane! It doesn't matter if I play ADC (which I rarely do) or Support (my main role for botlane)! I still get trapped under the turret and while I save my ADC in the process it's a pain because if my ADC is low health and I am trying my best to make sure they get out alive, I can't exactly do that when I'm either dead or CC'd under the turret whether by minion block or the enemy champions causing me to die regardless and my ADC to be left vulnerable and possibly die even though I did my best to save them.
