Nothing really changed for me. I was 18 when I was on my last semester at highschool. I wouldn't say I was pressured to pick an uni because, truth is, I had been planning to get a degree in anything science once I was done with highschool. I didn't plan to take a break from studying anyway. Didn't get new rights nor responsibilities, or at least none that changed my life.

When I turned 18 around 9 1/2 years ago I graduated high school, got a job at a factory for the summer, got a tattoo, discovered MLP, went to college, and then dropped out of college after a semester.

Was a pretty busy age for me.

My parents started treating me like an adult far before I hit 18. We aren’t a close family. Im more like....a guest or a friend who’s staying over.

When I turned 18 there weren’t any extra responsibilities or expectations piled on me. My parents, if anything, preferred I stayed 8 years old forever, and didn’t want me doing worldly things. They wanted me to be an adult when I was ready and not before. I’m sure that eventually they might have made a few hints to grow up a little if I’d have dragged my feet to the point I was missing out on certain opportunities. But overall I think the transition from childhood to adulthood was pretty seamless.

18 is such a distant memory. All I remember is eating dinner with family since it was a school night, but I can't remember for the life of me where. I want to say Friendly's.

Honestly, not much changed for me by turning 18 back then. The relationship with my parents and sibling stayed the same. My parents trusted and let me made decision before 18 before. I mean you feel more free and everything looks kinda different (metaphorical speaking), but practically not much changed.

I drank alcohol for the first time when I turned 18. Other than that, nothing that spectacular happened.

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

18...went through another year of high school since early graduation was denied and started college.

19 transferred to a different college with a new thing called "online college", much better, and so far cheaper(still going, I figure no rush, a cow doesn't care)

20 "all you do is sit in the cab and be on the computer, go get a real job in town" (gets job in town) "you're never able to help out on the farm, you should ask for more time off or quit" "you should get a degree in computers and leave the farm" (no, computers are a fun hobby, I'd hate them as a job, and I've wanted to farm since forever)

21 repeat of 20, but with a feeling of being behind for something but never figured it out.
