Is it a bad idea to have a different username and password for everything?

I use different usernames depending on purpose. Obviously I have 'Treeglow Flicker' here, but other places, I use a pen name, nickname, RP name, etc. Basically all for self contained purposes that I keep seperated in their own realms for various reasons. Sort of like seperating a professional life from a private life. Or a private life from a public life. So I use different usernames for that sort of security purpose.

As for passwords. I have a varied system that keeps all passwords unique while making sure that I can easily remember them, or work them out if I should forget them based on what it is used for.

It's probably a good idea as it makes things more secure but not so good when trying to remember many different login/password combos.

As for myself I tend to mainly just use the username Rainbow Cloud as it's become my online identity although I have been trying some other names recently, I have many different passwords however.
