Will Pinkie Pie and Bic Mac get married in season 4? [spoilers likely]

Yeah I don't think it'll happen. For starters Pinkie and Mac have never really talked to each other in the show to my knowledge. It would be incredibly awkward for them to just get married out of the blue. Plus MacxCheerilee has already been somewhat established.

I think that Pinkie is helping the Apples out with something and they just decided to show her what it means to be an Apple.

Bronycurious stated in his reaction to the Comic Con video that Granny Smith said in the song that Pinkie was APPLE KIN. It could just be figuratively like a really close friend they think of as family, like in the Super Speedy Cider Squeezy, honorary family member. I highly doubt that Pinkie is related to the Apples even distantly, so this video does bring up alot of speculations. 

There are many directions Hasbro and the writers could go with this, and I CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS EPISODE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS!!

Still I don't think they're gonna use the marriage approach, TOO AWKWARD!! Besides Fluttershy Pinkie is the character I would least expect to settle down with a stallion anytime soon. She's way too immature and is simply FRIENDS with everypony.

I highly doubt it, but good theory. If anyone were to get married It'd be Big Mac and Cheerilee. Plus, Pinkie and Big mac have never shown any romantics with eachother

I doubt it. Generation 3 was all about relationships in pony land, and that didn't exactly work out very well. There's a lot of speculation about the show getting more serious in season 4, but the fans aren't looking for serious, so I doubt it will end well with Pinkie Pie and Bic Mac getting married.

If Big Mac were to marry any of the mane 6 it would probably be either Fluttershy or Twilight but even that would come out of nowhere because we haven't really seen him together with either of them so Ms Cheerily is far far more likely.

Nope. It is really just speculation is all. If Big Mac married ANYONE in Season 4, I would say Cheerilee due to the fact  they were in a relationship as of episode 18 of season 2

Big McIntosh and Pinkie Pie have had no interaction with each other for the entirety of the show, and I highly doubt MLP:FiM, a show about friendship, will have them get married out of the blue. Plus, marriage isn't something the show needs; the characters are fine being friends.

As I see it, there is no way that Pinkie Pie will even get married at all in the show. I even doubt that any of the mane 6 will. And Pinkie and Big Mac?? Wut.

 

I would not even want to see anything like this in the show. Though I think it could be interesting if we got to see some romance in the show, maybe... AJ would start to like a stallion or something

Maybe Big Mac developed a crush on Pinkie Pie when all of those duplicates invaded the barn raising.  I know that they have interacted with each other at least once because Big Mac helped Pinkie carry the MMM to the train that time.  Not that I think they actually would get married.  But this conversation reminds me of a comic that I thought was kind of cute and sad.

First, Eenope and Second, that is an episode where Pinkie's sister is in town and idk why she with the Apples. Its in one of the videos talking about the anmatic Ink Rose and ILOVEKIMPOSSIBLE's video, i think, but the Big Mac and Pinkie thing make zip sense. Fluttermac will always be better!

Um...no. The writers wouldn't just go and do something incredibly random like that. They've barely shared any screentime together and if Big Mac ever married anyone it would be Cherilee, like others have said. I think its much more likely that they find out Pinkie's related to them somehow. In the song Granny Smith says "your always welcome with your Apple kin" and everypony points to Pinkie. Plus, Pinkie's color scheme is completely different from her familys, and her color scheme looks alot more like the Apples.

My guess is that Pinkie Pie's Granny Pie was named Apple Pie.  But I think that it will turn out at the end that Pinkie is not related to Applejack after all.

In all seriousness, I absolutely doubt and deny and abhor that headcannon kind sir. She's just helping out the apple family with the business. I can't see Pinkie Pie anywhere near marrying that stallion, never mind falling in love with him.

 

She's meant to be a single pony. She's crazy, she's wild, she's Pinkie Pie, she can't calm down for even a second. She would be overwhelming for Big Mac and practically any stallion to handle in a relationship.

I was accualy thinking of a head cannon that I heard where she's a long lost cousin after I saw that. Both their families where farmers, and she could be called apple pie if you needed to apple-fy her name. But back on topic.

 

I cannot see it happening. I see Big Mac is calm, and down to earth, while pinkie is everywhere. They're polar oppisates! Plus, if you recall, she hates life on the farm! Why would she do marrying him and end up getting pulled into it!?

That has to be one of the strangest pairings I've heard of. The two have nearly no personality overlap except that they both care about their kin. I see it as pretty much entirely impossible. I'd actually be pretty disappointed with that, if the show did it. Especially since Big Mac is the only one with a potential relationship established. (Barring married couples.)

I forget the exact episode, but I do remember that it was during season 3. at some point, there were a few seconds where you could see Cheerilee and Big Mac walking together. I don't know if that was just as friends or something special, but it seems that Hasbro has set those two in stone. This basically means that there will probably be no Big Mac + anypony else. Although, Hasbro has surprised me before, so I'll just have to wait and see what they come up with. Honestly, I think that Fluttershy would've done better, but that's just me. If someone is not a fan of that, don't rant on me. We each have opinions.

He's gonna marry Cheerilee, if he's ever gonna marry somepony and it is on screen. There already was that buildup and they didn't necessarily made that impossible with the ending of "Hearts and Hooves Day" because they just handled the situation like adults. They didn't need the CMC as Cupid. That's how I see it.

 

And to let the mane 6 have relationships like that while the show is still running would damage the premise, I guess.

You pretty much wrote what I was going to write. Cheerilee and Big Mac had been established as friends already. The CMC's meddling was putting a rush on them that they didn't care for. Since things got so public from Filly Fiddling, they decided to be more open and have a picnic. To be honest, I don't see how they would even work Pinkie Pie getting married to any character. It's not workable.

You just jarred a memory loose in what I laughingly call my brain. Didn't they already announce Pinkie's family was coming to Ponyville? Maybe they're starting a new rock farm bordering the Apple's farm. It would be a good opportunity to write a feud type story line, and have everything smoothed over when it turns out that Pinkie is actually kinfolk.

The Mane 6 will never have relationships. I don't know why but I'm sure of that and if anypony does marry Big Mac then it's going Cheerilee and even that is very unlikely to happen because we've already had one episode based around a marriage and I don't think they want to get repetitive.

 

Also, Pinkie Pie and Big Mac would never work together. Pinkie Pie looks more of a free and wild type rather than one who'd want to settle down.
