Would Discord like Humans more than Ponies?

Do you think Discord would like us Humans more than Ponies?

 

I think he would to due our mixed bag nature of chaos, order, creativity, relentless curiosity and just plain insanity.

Humans are chaotic in nature, we are imaginative creatures who persevere and survive through creativity. We as a species could be considered disciples of Discord as it were. So I would say Discord were prefer us to ponies.

Considering just how chaotic and destructive humans are, I would say yes, we are right up in Discord's alley, which is to say, we as a species are random, imperfect, irrational, destructive, random, and creative.

Well, compared  to ponies, considered there would be people willing to cause chaos more compared to ponies, i think, and he would just be able to find more chaos to love in humans. 

 

Now i dunno how friendly he would be exactly to us as a whole, but i think he would prefer us to ponies.

He'd definitely appreciate the chaos we as a species have brought upon ourselves, but I'm sure he'd rather hang around ponies so that he could inject a little bit of disorder into their lives. That is his business, after all, and the not-so-chaotic pony society presents some rather booming business opportunities for him.

Maybe at first but with how chaotic humans already are he wouldn't even be needed, he would probably figure "where is the fun in corrupting something that has already been corrupted". Don't get me wrong, I am not one of those people that thinks the ponies are perfect and humans are monsters but I am just saying that that is very likely how Discord may see it.

Not at all. As the mad artist he is, Discord needs a pure white canvas to make art, as an expression of his very soul.

As an entity of chaos, he needs harmony to twist into insane madness. The better and deeper the harmony, the greater will be the satisfaction twisting it into discord. And there is no harmony like the one from the ponies.

I studied demonology since I was a kid.
Many of the most powerful demonic entities have a tendency to seek soul purity to so corrupt it into darkness. They have weaknesses for a pure heart, since the amount of pleasure obtained by turning something white into black, is way more intense than the one achieved by turning something grayish into black.

The purer the white, the better it will contrast with black. So is the reason why most of the creatures of chaos always are looking for harmony.

Try to pervert something into your heart, something really pure, and while your are trying, make the transition into darkness the faster you can, while leaving doubt behind you, to feed the uncertainty into your heart, and so destroy any hope in your soul to make tastier the pain, denying yourself the pleasure to so make grow your desire, killing your own heart to feed your ego as a vampire, sucking his own blood while burning in fire.

This is the way some real beings of chaos tend to be.

Depending on the personality and traits of the human.

Human's can be quite more evil than ponies could ever be, which I would think he likes a lot more.

I think he would yes. Humans are pretty crazy in nature. I think he'd like how we are chaotic, and crazy. However, I don't think Discord is the type who would enjoy horrific things like war, genocide, murder, ect.

With no actual threat Discord embraced Fluttershy's friendship as more important than pure chaos. 

While Tirek convinced Discord for a moment to abandon that friendship, it seems that really the issue was that Discord felt that his true calling (read cutie mark) was chaos and therefore Tirek was offering friendship without a metaphorical cage. 

 

We don't have that many Fluttershys in humanity.  I doubt he would have been escorted to one of them because our leaders are mediocre at best and crummy at average.

If it were a choice between humans and ponies, us of course! Humans have had trouble with Harmony since the beginning of time. Chaos is at least partially in our genes. These ponies seem to have most everything worked out for themselves. But if he actually enjoys friendship more than chaos now, then he could choose ponies, but i doubt thats true...
