Lets see... how could we have fun with this?... Well, for best results, I think it would be interesting to flip the opposite personalities.

It could be a pretty interesting episode idea, having the mane 6 pretend to be one another (and have the completely opposite personality) to make it seem like everything is normal until the spell that messed everything up wears off.

That's a pretty good match up for a mind switch. I can already picture Rarity struggling to do all of the manual labor at the apple orchard. And Rainbow Dash tries to watch over the animals at Fluttershy's home, but the animals don't listen to her and they scatter everywhere.

This seems a bit like Magical Mystery Cure, though very different. I think it'd make an interesting episode, especially if Spike was the only mane character that still had his own body. Perhaps it happened to every pony, and only he, Zecora, and Discord were able to help! Very interesting, I hope this happens!

It may be a little risque, (or a LOT) but it would be more fun if say Twilight and Shining Armor exchanged bodies.

That's exactly what I thought.  Body swap the nerd with the jock, the introvert with the extrovert and the grounded one with the drama queen.

 

Although it wasn't a body swap episode per se, we've already seen something similar in "Magical Mystery Cure".  They didn't switch bodies but they did adopt each other's roles and that's pretty much the whole point of a body swap anyway.

Even if they already swapped cutie marks, we all would love to see an episode where they switch bodies. But not just the mane six, all of Equestria too! It'd be like that Powderpuff girls chapter when everyone in Townsville switches bodies because of a failed experiment of the Professor and the girls have a hard time trying to get Mojo Jojo. Just imagine it.... Maybe a spell by the Princesses gone wrong?
