Prefered Twilight Sparkle pairing

As the main character, Twilight gets shipped with just about everypony on the show.  Even her own brother!  But what are the most popular Twilight pairings?  It's high time we found out.

For mare, easily Trixie. I could definitely see this happening. 

 

For stallion, I chose none. 

 

I'm too used of seeing Twilight shipped with mares, especially Trixie, that I can't envision her being shipped with anypony else.

Trixie and Celestia with Sombra now becoming one of my favorite straight ships thanks to a few ....ahem...comics. I wouldn't be upset with Spike either tbh (if he's older, bigger, stronger, faster, ha.......)

Mare - Applejack, they're one of my favorite friend pairings and I think they have some of the best chemistry in the show

 

Stallion - None, she hardly has any relationship with any other than Spike(who's kinda like a brother/son) and Shining(who IS a her brother), and the ony other person they attempted to pair her with ended up sucking. Tremendously

I refuse to select a female shipping, but if I had to choose a male one from those listed, I'd go with Sombra, because it would be really cool and immensely interesting.

For Mares, I voted Rarity, although I'm not really that big a fan of shipping. Just look at the song from the end of "The Crystal Empire". Plenty of shipping fuel right there.

I voted none for Stallion, because I just don't think an appropriate stallion has been introduced yet. (And I'm not going to put Flash Sentry, even though I do like his human version, because his pony version shouldn't get a head start from anything as mediocre as EQG)

I'm not a huge fan of shipping, but there was always one that stuck out, which is why I chose "other" for the stallion category. I listen to a PM audio series called "Doctor Whooves Adventures", where Twilight is shipped with the Doctor, and I think this pair works, the only companion better than Twilight is Derpy, but that's besides the point.

I chose "none" for mare... What? I don't judge everyone else's ships... I've just never liked a mare and mare relationship. That's all.

Not into shipping at all but if you held a gun to my head I'd pair her up with Trixie, without a second thought. They might even be cute together.

 

As for stallion? Anyone but Flash Sentry, just so I can keep on pretending Equestria Girls isn't canon. For the purposes of this poll I chose Shining Armor just for the comedy value.

To be honest, I've always liked shipping her with Trixie. I just think the two are a perfect match <3

As for a stallion, Twilight x Shinning Armor is one the VERY FEW straight ships that I like. The only other straight ship that I like is AJ x Big Mac (IKR, I'm disgusting). I prefer gay/lesbian shipping over straight ships by a long shot.

Actually, I never really ship Twi with a mare....  But now that I think about it, I'd probably do Twi and Pinkie.

 

As for stallions, I said Discord, and for once, it's not just because he is the best character evar and I could ship him with pretty much anypony (always girls though, but never Rarity... can't seem to make them work in my head. At all. ). I actually read a really, really well-written fanfic a while back, it wasn't anything with highly sexual content, just a little romance. I wish I could remember what it's called, but for the life of me I can't. 

 

Anyway, in this fanfic, the author did a wonderful job with DiscoTwi and, while it's still not my favorite pairing, it's pretty high on my list (right after Flutters, Pinkie, and Princess Celestia for him)

Well my preferred RD shipping was Twidash so I'll go with that of course. But I also ship her with Trixie often. They're so cute together.

As for stallion I pick none. To ship people I like them to have screen time together and other than SA and Spike (which is just too weird for me) none of them spend anytime with Twillight. That and the stallions in this show have really boring personalities.

I'm a fan of Twilight x Rarity, the amount of times they get incidentally close to each other in the show is high, plus Rarity was probably the pony who warmed up to Twilight the most when they first met:

As for male shippings, Flash Sentry is the most canon one I guess, I like Twilight x Spike in a sister/brother sense though since they are very much like siblings to one another.
