I really don't like Kefka and he adds to my overall dislike of FFVI (Least favorite RPG of all time next to Sonic Chronicles)

 

He's an asshole, has no backstory, doesn't even have a particularly interesting design (except maybe in the final boss fight) and overall is just a paper cutout of a villain. He does bad things, doesn't care that other people don't like what he does, and is condescending to everyone who isn't himself. I swear, the only reason most like him is because he's one of the few villains who achieve what he set out to do.

Ocelot from the MGS series. Especially the 4th one. You had such a motive to kill him at that point, (this point being liquid). In the whole seeries he appeared being an amazing intagonist with some mystery and myth to him. No matter what he was doing you were thinking 'what is he up to'. Except for when he is about to win his battle, then he goes to explain to you why he did what he did.

I hated that Pagin Min from FC4 was displayed as a villain. I thought he was a pretty awesome dude xD but first, let me take a selfie! He'd be one of my personal favs.
