I picked bright, because I slightly prefer bright colors to dark ones :D

However, I like them both quite a bit :D My favorite color technically qualifies as a dark color. This shade of is a dark color, no? :D

Love me some bright colors. They don't have to be glaring, but a bright color palette usually means a movie, game, or show has an idealistic outlook or a more fantastical bent.

I mean, compare these:

To these!:

Plus our own beloved ponies have some unique palettes.

I have to say...neither. I'm into warm earth tones, which are really neither dark nor bright. Russets, browns, greens, etc.

I prefer wearing dark colors, because I'm fat and dark colors make me look less fat, but I definitely prefer looking at bright color, both popping, vibrant shades and pastels. Most dark colors are too dreary for me. Of course, dreary and depressing can make for good art.

Y'know, I've been on this site for almost ten years and I've never had a proper signature. Ain't that something?

*Stares at plush of a light blue pegasus pony with a rainbow-colored mane* Ummm...  Lol.  I'd say I prefer bright colors; though there's room for both bright and dark in my wardrobe (or what have you).  Green is my favorite color, and I love both a lime green and an olive green.  But bright and colorful is generally more pleasing to me so far as aesthetics are concerned.

I prefer dark colors; I always associate dark colors with luxury, and they're more pleasing to my eyes. It's pretty hard to explain. The dark colors are always expensive in GTA for your cars ;).

It really depends.  I like bright colors.  But for like painting a house or something, dark colors usually look better.  Earth tones, if those count as dark, are nice for most things.

Tough choice but I'll go with darker colors.

All my life needed was a sense of someplace to go. I don't believe that one should devote his life to morbid self-attention. I believe that someone should become a person like other people.
