The Equestrian Empire Tournament [Who will win?] : Round One

For some unexplicable reason, fifteen ponies and one dragon decided to compete in one-on-one combat to determine who is the best pony.

 

Discord particularly liked this decision and initiated a grand tournament: The Equestrian Empire Tournament.

Discord said with a devilish grin, "One thing, it is up to me to decide who will fight whom.."

It is up to you (my fellow bronies) to decide who wins each round.

Respond to this post with which character you want to move on to Round Two...
At some point on Sunday, this round will close and the winners will be announced.

I will post fight scenes after the voting is done for Round One and will do so for the subsequent rounds.. you could say that is the way I am going to announce who wins each round.

Princess Celestia: Elementary school teacher vs. God.  God wins.

Sweetie Belle: DIABEETUS

Princess Twilight Sparkle: Scootaloo would try to ram Twilight with her scooter; Twilight would teleport out of the way, levitate the scooter out from underneath her, reverse gravity, and make her grow a mustache just for good measure.

Fluttershy: If Discord is running the tournament, there is no way that he'd let Fluttershy lose in round 1.  He'd cheat to make her win.

Rarity: Spike would refuse to fight, or just throw the match so Rarity would win.

Zecora: Dash is too hotheaded, Zecora would be thinking clearer and outsmart Dash for the win.

Pinkie Pie: Party cannons, emergency bouncy balls, and unexplainable mastery of physics would win this one.

Princess Luna: Country farmer vs. God.  God wins.

Wow several of my favorite characters are being put up against my favorite characters. This is going to be hard...
