Question: Stairs vs. Elevators?

I'll walk up a floor or two, but anything higher I take the elevator.  I will walk down from wherever, though.

I prefer taking the stairs because not only do I lose weight but I also stay in shape. So I always take the stairs and very rarely the elevator. (Silverstream loves climbing stairs) It's no coincidence that I love climbing stairs.

Would rather an escalator than an elevator in some places, otherwise, stairs for me.

But by golly, do some of them wear you out faster.
