What is your favorite thing to cook?

My favorite thing to cook is a scrambled egg sandwich, they are absolutely delicious and I can do one in just a couple minutes so it's really easy. So what do you like to make when you're feeling hungry?

When I'm feeling hungry I take some meat out of the fridge and eat it. My favorite meal to make is grilled steak (I prefer Rib Eye, but T-bone and Skirt/Chuck roll work too), since I'm rather excellent with my grill, and it's the juiciest steak you can get without spending 50+ dollars at a good steakhouse/chop house.

There are many things I like to make, I love to cook. Tacos, homemade breakfast burritos, fritatas, homemade hash, pan fried sole, home made fries and roast beef are just a few of the things that come to mind.

Cheese on toast, or a ready meal in the microwave, or boiled egg, because I’m not a proper cook:

But I did once cook my Nana a meal, and I spent an hour like a witch with a cauldron, smoke everywhere throwing all kinds of concoctions together including leaves from the garden.

The end result was a cooked pear with curry powder which she didn’t eat, which I wasn’t offended by it looked horrible.

Green tea.

Don't you tell me that isn't food, because that is literally what I live off of.

I can bake, but I can't cook, so my favourite thing to make is probably almond bread. Then I can eat half of it and drink more tea and say I'm healthy, hue hue.

Rib eye steak, shoulder and chuck roast, I use garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cracked pepper, sea salt and Montreal steak seasoning, next I cook using olive oil and a little bit of butter, I can make any steak taste better than any $25 platter from gourmet restaurants, tender and mouthwatering, plus if you like spicy I can make it delectable, usually I use a frying pan to cook my meat, but if I have time, I would let the meat marinate before I bake it, either way I can make excellent steak.

Faux Pho

It kinda just started out with my trying to make ramen more edible. I looked up "ramen hacks" and saw a recipe for Faux Pho which used ramen as a base.

I ended up ditching the ramen noodles anyway.

I start by boiling some water, and then i add in beef bouillon (or beef ramen flavoring).

I add a spoon of sugar, and a few dashes of fish oil.

I take the cheapest, thinest slabs of beef i could buy at the store, and let one cook in the water. Then i turn off the heat and add freshly chopped chives, a little bit of basil, and plenty of cilantro. I squeeze some lime juice into the broth.

For the noodles, i either use pad thai, or sometimes i use tofu noodles (they are healthier and just taste like noodles when boiled)

I strain and rinse the tofu noodles, boil em up, strain them again, and add them to the broth, which is usually cool enough at this point to eat without burning myself too badly.

I top it with either bean sprouts, or sunflower sprouts (if i couldn't find bean sprouts at the store) The sprouts add a light crunch and go great with the soup. Sriacha sauce may also be used if i'm in a really spicy mood.

It actually doesn't take that long to cook, like maybe 10 minutes at most if i'm really quick about it.

My favorite thing to cook is whatever I feel like eating :P

I do love making bread though... I got a bread maker recently so it only takes a few minutes and then I get hours of fresh baked bread smell in my apartment <3
