I gotta say, Maud Pie has easily become one of my favorite characters. But i am admittedly a little bias toward the Pie family, and by bias i mean i love Inkie, Blinkie, Pinkie, and Maud more then any other characters. Regardless, I enjoy Maud Pie.

She got some pretty good development for having only been in one episode so far. Now I'm curious...didn't Pinkie have 2 sisters? If so, then I wouldn't mind seeing the other one as well.

 

Three sisters, actually, if you'll remember her song in "Pinkie's Pride". When she looks at the picture of her first party, there were three sisters. Oddly, though, there were only two in the original flashback in "The Cutie Mark Chronicles." Maud was the extra one in the picture.

I came across R34 of her 10 minutes after the episode aired on Google (I was searching for the pic of her destroying the rock).
