This is adorable~     I like your style for her, and her expression. Comes off well, and by that I mean very cute. 

 

The only potential concerns that come to mind is that, well, I assume she's coming directly from the rainboom? I'm kinda having an issue drawing a line between her body and the center of the rainboom. Maybe in future endeavors--if applicable--you could angle her tail to be trailing behind her in her flight path as opposed to, unless I'm mistaken, flaring to the side?    But that's just background/subject cohesion, not an issue with either part.

Though one could always say she didn't fly a straight path. 

 

Anyways, great work, and Dashie looks just adorable.

Yeah, it seemed like the background was not part of the original composition?   More something added to make it prettier, which I'm not one to complain about.   Anyways, nice work all the same~♪

It looks great. If I did have to critique though, I would say that the sonic rainboom needs more...boom. Add a bit more flash to it, give it more life, like have a rainbow color trailing behind Dashie with some speed lines, something like that.

Yeah, I tried to do that but it looked weird. XD I might go back and fix it tomorrow.

It's her as a filly, right after she did her first rainboom. XD I know it doesn't really look like it. And the tail was super hard to color, so I will certainly practice

I really like this. My only thing that wasn't already said is that the mane and tail almost look like they are a different style from the body. Perhaps some of that awesome body shading should be applied?
