After I got over the shock probably not, Celestia is not some monster that will just kill you on the spot. You might be detained for a bit until she is sure you are not a threat which might be a bit scary but once she is sure you aren't a threat I think things will go much more smoothly.

Nope! If I ever met Princess Celestia, I would of course bow down and say the whole, "your majesty" thing. Then I would just be formal and see what I can and can't say. Celestia would be a good friend to have.
