I'm wondering if I should take advantage of the sale at the local Canadian Tire and get that food dehumidifier while I can.  I could imagine all the apples I could dry if I were to ever go to the local orchard in the fall.  Or maybe some herbs.  I wish I lived somewhere where I could garden :(...
