Oh wow. I'm not sure what 'most watched' would be, but my favourites when I was younger were definitely...

 

As a kid:

• The Animals of Farthing Wood
• Rugrats
• The Land Before Time (The movies though. Never saw the TV show.)

As a teenager:

• Zoids
• Sailor Moon
• Card Captor Sakura
