The reason I like Iron Will is because he really is an honest businessman. When his customer, Fluttershy, was dissatisfied with the provided service, he refunded her money, even though services rendered can't necessarily be taken back on return, as it is an intangible product, thus, Iron Will gets nothing to compensate for that lost wage. To me, that shows that he really does care about his customers, considering his line of work as well. In his heart of hearts, I think Iron Will is a good joe, and doesn't deserve the flak he gets. After all, most of his lessons are, in fact, subject to interpretation. And the fact that Fluttershy Interpreted it in ways that IW didn't mean, is mostly on her. Though I could see IW getting a bit of criticism for maybe not explaining things in the right light. Other than that, love him to death.
