  1. I used to have reoccuring dreams that there were two skeletons living in the crawlspace of my basement. I had my mom worried for a time because I was always waking up screaming and sometimes I would draw them like killing me and stuff (I was about 7 at the time, pretty morbid IMO.) It finally stopped around the time I was 9 (most likely because we moved to a house without a crawlspace, and a basement thats actually just like any other floor of the house.) But yeah, those fuckers haunted me for like 2 and a half years. I still don't like basements with crawlspaces.
  2. I love this cover, not really sure why but I just do. Also an amazing album. Swans "The Seer" is super creepy and awesome at the same time.
  3. Saw it 3 times in theatres and got the DVD for Christmas. Fantastic film IMO. And yes, I have hopes for The Plague spin-off. Also watch this:
  4. This morning I learned that fiddling with the toaster while I'm still damp from my shower may lead to minor electric shocks that hurt like a bitch.
  5. My Lord and Master will return once the stars are right and He shall awaken from His ancient slumber to cleanse this planet of the filth that inhabits it. "In his house at R'lyeh, dead Cthulhu waits dreaming"
  6. Junky by William S. Burroughs. Figured I'd try one of his more 'accessabile' novels after struggling through Naked Lunch. Pretty good so far.
  7. Everyday waking up, the world seemed a brighter and more beautiful place then it had ever been. I would also stay up until like 6 am every night reading fanfics and watching PMVs.
  8. Holy crap I am freaking out. I thought I was mad trippin at first, but then after refreshing the page like 10 times, I figured it was a glitch in the system.
  9. Glad to see drama is being handled as it should. Kudos to the mods for doing a good job, I don't think you guys get enough appreciation.

Crona has won this battle. The question is, who will fight who next time?

  10. To the guy who said Oldboy was one of his favorite movies, I salute you. Most of the goriest films I've seen have already been mentioned, but no one has said 'I Saw The Devil' which stars Choi Min-sik from Oldboy. Another fantastic revenge flick, the Koreans dominate the vengeance genre.
  11. Oh look a cute little cricket just hopping around, I think I'll name him Jimeny. Wait is tha- I dont like this one bit...
  12. They are horrifying little buggers, yet I find myself fascinated with them and will watch videos about them just to torture myself.
  13. My Friend Leonard by James Frey. Its the sequel to A Million Little Pieces and follows his life as he continues to live sober and avoid falling back into addiction while at the same time dealing with the suicide of his girlfriend.
  14. Make a last.fm account then when you listen to a band it'll recommend like 10 other bands with similar sound. Great way to find music you might never have otherwise discovered.
  15. Gotta chuck some grapes? Throw them with your face!

  16. Nice to know there's another fan of Requiem For A Dream on here. I was so depressed at the end of that movie though, jesus christ. Some of my favorites: 1: A Clockwork Orange- completely unforgettable and undeniably rewatchable. Malcolm Mcdowell is absolutely brilliant as Alex, even though he one of the most sadistic characters I've ever seen in a film he is also one of my all time favorites. 2: Barfly- Mickey Rourke plays Henry Chinaski, an alcoholic lowlife and aspiring writer. Brilliant performances all around and its based off Charles Bukowski's work (one of my favorite authors). 3: Sympathy For Mr Vengeance- god-tier Korean revenge flick. Pure hatred infusion. So good I can't describe it. Just watch it. 4: Hesher- one of the best movies to come out in the past 5 years IMO. I wanna live like Hesher when I'm older. 5: Witchfinder General- released in 1968. Classic horror film about Matthew Hopkins ( portrayed beautifully by Vincent Price) who condoned the murder of hundreds of women accused of practicing witchcraft. I've watched it every Halloween since I was 11.
  17. In your tags, you seem to have mis-spelled Sweetie Belle.
  18. Aphex Twin. I approve good sir. Keep it for a long time. Also, isn't Selected Ambient Works I and II just the best?
