    Derpy, Octavia, and Vynil. I could actually see it working; "Camp Laslo" did something like that once. It had an episode centered around three background characters. The charactes acknowledge the fact that they always hang out in the background and go unnoticed so they try to make names for themselves (they don't succeed). I think they could make an episode like the one described above just as one time thing. It could be a little shout out to the brony community.

    That's what I am thinking. I highly doubt that a show this popular would cancel as easily as people are saying. The show will end eventually but I don't doubt that it will last.

    I've noticed this in the forums as well as Equestria Daily. It seems that there are quite a few bronies who are sure the show will be ending after the third season if not sooner. I understand that the fourth generation must come to an end eventually but they aren't that short lived. And even if Lauren Faust is no longer the Executive Producer she is still working as Consulting Producer and she still has a strong influence on the series. Season two did just fine and I have no doubt that season three will do just as well. So why all the pessimism? Was Faust's "voluntary demotion" really that devastating or are we just weary of what Hasbro could do?

    I like Fluttershy's duet with Rainbow Dash. Her voice actor has an excellent singing voice.

    I disagree, Mlp may not be THE best cartoon ever produced but it is indeed the best of its time. Like Dark Quiviant said most cartoons nowadays are relatively bland. This is the first cartoon in a long time that could actually compete with the cartoons of the 90's. For me this show kind of takes me back to those times when cartoons weren't so plain and I think the same can be said for other bronies. And as for why there wasn't such a huge following for the cartoons back then; I think we just didn't realize what we had until it was gone.

    I am writing an MLP fan fic; I have the characters in mind but I cannot for the life of me think of names for them. I need a name for a strong yet stubborn unicorn skilled in the art of magic and a level headed and reserved earth pony. Other than that, just list whatever comes to mind any help would be greatly appreciated.

    As I've said before: I could see in a seven minute short but not an entire twenty-two minut episode. I think it would be cool if they did that.

    I probably would have, this isn't the first girl centered show I have watched (Power Puff Girls, Kim Possible, etc.)

    Like what most people have been saying, i would only stop watching if the quality dropped. I may also stop watching if all the episodes were centered around pinkie pie but I doubt the writers would shift focus onto one single character (knock on wood).

    I was impressed by the artwork and animation quality as well as the voice acting but I was still questioning why I was watching a show geared toward seven year old girls. I was starting to figure that maybe mlp wasn't my thing but at the same time I just wanted to see more. After the fourth episode I was hooked ^-^

    It was the one where pinky tries to make friends with that stubborn mule (I can never remember episode titles). This didn't leave the best impression because I originally thought that Pinky Pie was the lead character (she's funny and I like her as a character but I don't think she would make the best lead). Anyway I wasn't exactly hooked but for some reason I wanted to see more. Then I saw episode 1; the rest is history.

    Actually the dominant alicorn allele would cancel out the recessive earth pony allele completely resulting in two full blown alicorns. In order for an earth pony and an alicorn to produce a unicorn and pegusi both alleles would have to be recessive so that both alleles could take effect. Interesting theory tough; could make for a good fan-fic. My head hurts :/

    I like the way she looks with flat hair, although I do agree that it contrasts with here hyper-cheerful personality.

    If I am correct there have been four my little pony movie releases. The first one came in 1986 the last three came around 2005-06. They were based on the original pony models and were not very good. And honestly I can't see fifth one being too good either. Some serials were meant to remain on the small screen.

    In the play episode it is implied that the earth ponies were solely in charge of the food and whatnot. When they unionized some of the unicorns and pegusi may have agreed to help with food as well but most of the ponies decided to stick with what they knew. The skills needed could have been passed down from generation to generation and while the other two races try to help the best they can I think the earth ponies are the only ones who are really skilled in that field.
