    I have a portal that’s modeled off of the one from Gravity Falls (if you don’t know what that is GO WATCH IT IT’S ONE OF THE BEST CARTOONS EVER). I built it from a kitchen sink box, assorted cardboard, popsicle sticks, plastic food containers, vinyl wrap, and Meccano, complete with green screen posterboard. It includes the upside-down triangle, two side “cylinders”, and a set of little stairs (don’t tell Silverstream!) I sketched it all out on paper in a mathematical precision down to the centimeter at a scale I calculated and figured out. It’s one project I’m very proud of. Now all I need is to get a Sony A7RIII to film with it...

    My actual name is Muhammad - like the legendary boxer... and the Prophet of God. Ahmed is a common nickname for people with my name, so I’m thinking of using it as part of my new online alias I’m trying to come up with. It’s been 3 years. “Shabb3r” doesn’t sound as hip or cool anymore to me, and many people have difficulty pronouncing it.

    Wrote a fanfic today. Well... part of it. Still got several more chapters to write, but it'll be a short fic overall.

    Currently undergoing FIMFiction approval, but once it goes through I'll post it.

    Get a Honda. They may not be as rugged as some other vehicles but they literally run forever if you treat them well. I rode in a '99 Civic DX coupe with 279,000 km on it and honestly it ran like new.

    I didn't cry, but I was disappointed in Twilight. I wasn't upset at her because I'd been in similar situations - and had snapped in pretty much the same way. It almost felt like I was one with Twilight - like I could feel what she felt.

    Just finished watching. Oh...damn. I can't even talk much right now. This - THIS RIGHT HERE - reminds me of some moments I've had with my own parents. Again, AJ's element FTW. It's so important to maintain bonds with those close to you - especially older mentors - by being truthful about them, even if you worry about upsetting their feelings. It may be a little stumbling for a moment, but when all is said and done RATIONAL THINKING TRIUMPHS OVER FEELINGS. Do you FEEL that they're going to be disappointed by the truth, or do you THINK they'll be disappointed by the truth of the matter? Because when you tell the truth in a well-worded way that isn't condemning or harsh but at the same time upfront and logical, then it will be easier to move forward with a rational and logical solution. Worrying and trying to make something work that you know will not work while pouring emotion over emotion is only going to weaken yourself to a breaking point - which can have serious consequences most of the time. TL;DR - when you want to do something special for someone, understand the context (I want to be in a play! Well, being part of a play can mean being a director/coordinator or actor etc etc), and go with what you THINK works best. When you see it's not working out try an alternative. You can't move forward if you keep dwelling on emotion over not getting something right. ...because the truth can heal as much as you might FEEL that it may hurt. Also, PINKIE YOU IDIOT!!! P.S.: I could word this a lot better but I need to go over it a bit. This is perhaps the best thing MLP has done for me - it's made me a critical and rational thinker and analyzer when it comes to psychological, social and behavioural characteristics of individuals - both with solo circumstances and with interactions.
