Hey, I know it has been a long time indeed, but I'm in a rut right now. My mental state has been better and I didn't know who else to come to. I'm at university, barely treading water with work and finding it impossible to make bonds with anyone. I just wanted to be reminded of simpler times, I suppose. Sorry for rambling and sorry for keeping my distance... I just don't feel myself. I'm just grateful to have this place.

Well, here I am. It's been a while, hasn't it? A great deal has changed in the last year. I've changed, most of all. I moved house, I got a job, went to university, dropped out of university...it's been a interesting period of time to say the least.
I'm sorry for leaving, my friends. Times got a bit difficult for me, mentally speaking. My relationships have been challenged, specifically with my father, and I've been attempting to cope with that the best I can. I've dedicated myself to growth, committed to meditation and, right now, I'm trying to become the best person that I can be. I simply have not been in the correct state of mind to post in the last year.
Am I returning full-time? I'm not sure yet. I wish I could give a better answer, but I'm just not sure right now. Nontheless, I hope that everyone here knows that I truly consider you all to be friends.
Not to be overly-sentimental, but I checked my emails this morning and I am so touched to see that I still have genuine friends here, looking out for me after all this time. To all those who wished me a happy birthday, thank you so much. I feel blessed to have such support.

Good to see you again! I've changed a lot in the past year since we last talked. I got a part time job, I have my learner's permit and am doing well in life. I love you, despite how long you may be gone for! I am glad to hear you have been holding strong.

Season's greetings everypony and merry Christmas!
I know that I've been phasing in and out of this place like a ghost lately, but I feel like I would be remiss if I didn't make an appearance to wish you all a splendid time this holiday. I'm not going to lie, this year hasn't been the easiest for me. Between my parent's hideous divorce, mental health issues amongst my immediate family and the chaos of attempting to move house, I'm pretty excited to look forward into the future right now.
That said, I'm not looking for sympathy. With Covid running amok, I have to imagine that this year has been a tough one all over, and I feel evermore grateful to my friends who are nothing but cordial and warm constants in this mosh pit of a time right now. So, a big thank you to the following:

I just wanted to take the time to genuinely thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday yesterday. Life is really hectic for me right now, and so your kind words and continued support mean the world to me. Seriously, I know that I proclaim it a lot, but having friends who cherish me the way that you all do is just so special to me.
Just putting it out there, I simply cannot believe that I'm already 19 years of age. Like, where does the time go? We're going to have to start planning for my 60th at this rate.

Well everypony, it's time. The final day of the decade.
Tonight, I'm going with to the cinema with my brother to watch Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, which, although I have heard is not a very good movie, out of tradition and interest, I'll go and give it the benefit of the doubt until I've seen it myself.
Anyhow, this is a monumental occasion and I wish you all a fantastic finale to the year 2019, as well as the 2010s in general. See you all at midnight!

I've just recovered from a really unpleasant dosage of tonsilitis and have realised that, to my sheer disbelief, it's already just two days until Christmas. I suppose that time really flies when your stuck in your bed, barely moving.

Good afternoon everypony, and I hope that you all have a lovely start to your weeks!
I've finished up another day at the "slammer", so to speak, and I'm not feeling to great, definitely exhibiting symptoms of what I can only presume is tonsillitis, which is always an exciting endeavour. Oh well, the silver lining is that I'm presumably done with college for the term, which is always admittedly pretty nice.
Currently reading Bee Movie fanfics online for some reason which I may never quite understand.

Guten Morgen everypony!
So, it's Tuesday, meaning that I don't have any lessons for another three and a half hours, and so, I thought that I would check into my favorite proverbial internet hotel, and...hang out in the lobby for a little bit (not my best metaphor).
Looking forward to the next few days. My mother is attending some sort of educational conference for the next two days, so, starting today, I'll be staying at my grandparent's house, which should be fun.
Currently listening to Oogie Boogie's song for some reason.
