    1980s: I think in 2018 there will be flying cars! 2018: NINTENDO LABO! Pay us a ton of money for cardboard! Yaaaayy!! On a serious note, if they manage to profit off of cardboard, then good for them. I'm a PC gamer anyway, doesn't affect me in the slightest.

    Amen, dude. I really hope that we can stop talking about this, it's everywhere. We need to just enjoy the next two years of pony, and not waste time complaining about the eventual grand finale. ANOTHER Amen! Lots of like-minded ponies around here, I can relate to basically everything you said.

    And yes, that's one thing that always confused me. Half the time she is treated like, well, a GOD. The other half she is treated like a normal pony. But her friends are basically a part of her too. They ALL saved Equestria multiple times. So I guess they should all be treated like heroes, then. I think if they made everypony treat her like royalty, then a lot of possible story ideas would be made impossible. (Not to mention if they treated the rest of the mane six like this as well!) Plus, it's a kids show. Sometimes it's best not to question things, but to enjoy them!

    Equestria Girls?! Better than the show?! HERESY!!! (lol heresy) It's just not my cup of tea. I've seen snippets of it and didn't like it as much. Plus the whole idea of making it into a high school drama thingy just doesn't sound good to me. The high-school thing is already overused, anyway. Lots of other people seem to like it though! Oh, and welcome to the forums, by the way!

    Lol nah. The canon ships are fine, they make sense. The world of shipping is crazy though. There are some ships people come up with that would make zero sense for the show. It's best to leave shipping as a fan thing for people to enjoy, rather than to actually make new canon ships that don't belong on the show. Sorry for the misunderstanding!

    Ahh I gotcha. Welp, I don't watch EQG, so I'm afraid I can't give any favorite songs from that series. May want to put equestria girls in the title, or even have the topic moved to the equestria girls section of the forums. Just a friendly tip!

    I just think they shouldn't push ships into our faces. That's not what MLP is about. We should stick to the current canon ships, IMO. They make sense.

    First off, yes, I'm a guy. It just depends on what they want to be called. Some prefer one over the other, and they will tell you if you give them the wrong one. It all comes down to personal preference. I've found that 'Brony' is a safer bet, as it works for both genders anyway. It is the brony fandom after all, and the term 'Bronies' is used to refer to a mixed group of boys and girls. I'm sure that female fans are called Bronies frequently anyway. But once again, personal preference!

    The WAY series? Is that an abbreviation for something? If it's equestria girls, I don't watch that, sorry! Im going to say my favorite is winter wrap up. Catchy rhythm, great singing, it's got everything. So much nostalgia behind the song for me too. It was the first mlp song I heard. You'll play your part, at the gala, I'll fly, this day aria, and a few other ones that I likely forgot to mention are also really good. MLP's music has always been one of my favorite parts.

    Well, I personally think MLP should steer away from ships. That will never end well. Besides, it's a show about friendship, not romance. I think it should stay that way. I'm not at all interested in shipping in the first place, though. Seems a little pointless to me. Nothing against shipping or people who like to ship, though, if y'all wanna ship, go ahead and do it! just my opinion.

    I like the idea of closing the book. Season 1, episode 1 started with a book opening, so I think it would be fitting that the book close at the end of the final episode.

    Horses are indeed beautiful animals. Anyone who has ever interacted with a horse in person would know that. Or just anyone who has seen a horse in person!

    I'm sad about it ending for sure, but I think this show deserves a good ending, rather than a long, drawn out one that turns out to be bad. Plus by then, the fandom would be smaller because of the likely drop in quality. I think we need to end it off with a bang! @NathanW200 You really like making a ton of posts about this don't you? Just enjoy what we have left, bro. Don't worry about it, we still have two years of pony, try to stay positive. There's no point in being sad about it. Smile, smile, smile!

    Bronies are very loyal to the fandom and the show, and will persevere through just about anything, be it bullying, threats, trolling, you name it! And we will still be around long after Friendship Is Magic ends! We always stay positive!
