I don't think it would be well seen by others, kinda like controversial, but i imagine there would be a black market for that Just think about how many ponies would actually use that service to get a better position in life or something and Starlight has made canon the switching, swapping and manipulation of cutiemarks. Of course you would have to get one naturally first like what happened with Applebloom.

Equestria is an utopian world, so if ponies have a purpose in life they had their destiny literally marked and they ideally will just feel happy about it. It's their calling. It's more likely they will forget about it, get confused or lost in the way but their Mark is there to remind them what they are special at. That doesn't mean they can't do other things and be good at them too, like pinkie's calling is parties but she's very good at baking too. So the fact that you have a certain cutie mark doesn't detract you from doing other things if you want. Like, you can do this and be good at it too but you will always be the best at "insert cutie mark here".

Probably. Although it would have soften things with the cast because it was a good intention but his pride is a bit bigger. He wanted to do it all alone for starters and he feels pride in being a teacher of lessons.

speaking of Discord, I think he genuinely wanted to reform the villain trio (not sombra though). Just think about it. From the very start, a lot of people pointed out how Grogar's plan was illogical and doomed to fail because, he wanted to destroy friendship by making the trio become friends? That doesn't sound right. I think his plan actually was to see if they could become friends therefore be possible for them to be redeemed. Before knowing it was discord all along i had a few theories on how that could be possible, they would have to attack canterlot but when they started to see each other get in danger because of it they will protect themselves but now as genuine friends, and everyone would see how they actually care for each other, them realizing it, twilight doing a passionate speech about friendship, and become good. That's why Discord as Grogar spent so much time with them doing basically nothing but waiting for them to develop friendship by spending time together, then put on that retrieve the bell activity (maybe he knew there will be an actual bell, maybe not, who knows, because his replacement, the gem thing was as fake as chocolate coins) and it was actually working. But then Chrissy flipped out and everything fall apart without him knowing about what happened. Discord didn't expected to go this way, he expected something else, for them to have the bases for redemption.

My favorite moment was when Starlight gave Twilight a playlist so she can remember her favorite episodes. It's so relatable.

The worst of the worst for me was definitely: 2,4,6 Greeeeat! That was by far the worst episode surpassing 28 pranks later and mare do well, ironically the three of them rainbow episodes. I used to like Rainbow but in 2,4,6, great she was just awful and a total asshat. It seemed more like a discorded version of her but it was not, apparently it was actually her. "Hey guys, you know rainbowdash? there she is as we all know her!". How in the good name of Celestia this happened. other episodes i didn't like were - What about discord (it was uncomfortable and the payoff was terrible, where was the joke?! was there even one? agonizingly annoying) - Hard to say anything (i can just imagine how uncomfortable Sugar bell must have been) - Spike at your service (spike... what ar you doing... spike, stop) - Yakity Sax (oh god... i thought it was going to go for a very good lesson about being conscientious of the pain and well being of others, but no! just keep at it! don't mind that i have to tolerate it!)

Idk. I've never though of that in terms of time. For me they are stories, the main six stories and equestria stories. So you can be in the present but suddenly skip to the future but then go back to the past, or an alternate reality, but all of them are part of one single narrative. You can't have the present without what happened and that is connected at the same time with what will be. I'm not married with any because all of them are possible at any given moment and you can imagine them, go back, skip, jump, stay, remember, etc. I would love to imagine the relationship spike had with twiparents for example now that we realize that yeah... it makes sense that they took care of spike too. Or think of how things have changed in the future with all the races sharing the same place together. Or think of what happens after twi's coronation. There's no limit.

That's what happens when you have a lord of chaos in your pantheon. People either forget or don't really understand/have never encounter themselves with how trickster gods work. Think Loki and Thor/Odin. Loki is a trickster God, he's the god of deception lies and pranks, I would say one of the most important and recognizable in the world. His stories involve from being very charming to very annoying, from being just a prankster to being the bringer of destruction of the world as we know it, but the other gods still keep him around and enjoy his presence as much as detest his antics, get on edge with his wrongdoings, or even get a good laugh when he ultimately fails, and his destructive plans, even if he succeeds it's to ultimately rebuild and create a new better era. There's so many different stories about him because he was so popular and that's why he is so chaotic too. He's also a shapeshifter. The problem with Discord is not that he is a trickster God but that one, he didn't got that much of the laughter aspect as much as it should have to balance out the bad behavior, two, the main six save for Fluttershy and sometimes Starlight, find him utterly annoying all the time to even make faces just at his sole presence, to the point that even so far in the series he still questions if anyone considers him an actual friend aside from Fluttershy, because they have never really made the effort to grow that friendship and teach him or just be around him sharing a good time, they just make him aside all the time and only call him when they need his magic so no wonder he feels left out and bitter and ultimately uncaring probably even cheated, and three, it was probably too high of a concept for the show and it's audience. You will either have to know this beforehand or they would had to be very careful with it's execution. Celestia, you invited him, so it's your fault. (I find it interesting though how the spirit of chaos was partially responsible for the destruction of the tree of harmony/the spirit of the tree of harmony but for it to renew itself and better)
