I like their debut. Though it's a bit shaky with some lows, but the highlight tracks of this album are so fucking good

I haven't heard about their first two albums getting re-released though

 

I honestly really dig their debut it's one of my favorite albums, have you listened to Tear From The Red that one's really good too.

I like live versions of songs when the band plays live really well. When the band sucks at playing live, it kinda ruins the song lol

What's ironic is that I was checking out that album yesterday. I've been considering getting a Black Dahlia Murder album, but I'm not sure which one I should get. I listened to half of their new album, and it seemed good, but I don't know. I have no idea which of their albums I would like best.

Volumes dropped a pre-production demo about a week ago, and it's sounding pretty rad.

 

 

They must be getting better at mastering, this pre-pro version sounds as good as the stuff off Via, tone wise.

That was my first album with growls, Oceanic is definitely the best ISIS album, Celestial comes in a close second with me.

Re-watched the Metal Evolution episode on Progressive Metal, and I cannot get Bleed by Meshuggah out of my head. So much so that I've found sped up and slowed down versions of the song that are just as sick. This band knows how to play some extremely technical music. Listen to em all and see which is better.
