Do any of you feel like you sweat more than you normally should be?Because it's kind of embarrassing. :(

Even if you are physically fit do you feel that way?Although the good thing about it is when a cool breeze comes by and you feel like

I am a very easy sweat-er. It's extremely embarrassing. If it's hot, I can sweat like crazy. And don't even get me started on exercise. I would always be soaking wet in PE. u_u

One of the reasons I cut my hair short. Still didn't help.

Yeah, sometimes.

But I use women's antipersirant, so it's cool as cucumbers.

Laugh all you want, but how often do you see sweaty, stinky women?

I used to sweat a ton before I started working out in the heat more often. Once I began running and lifting in the heat, rather than in a air conditioned room I seem to have aclimated better and do not sweat as much.

I actually have the opposite problem where I don't sweat at all/extremely rarely. But when I do sweat, I sweat buckets

"No, you move."

I come from a naturally hot country during summers, with high humidity. Also i workout 3 to 4 times a week, and play basketball at least once a week, so yeah, you could say i sweat often. Not sure if i sweat more than i should be.

Though i usually sweat around my abdomen, chest and armpits and make stains after an excessive game or a session i especially hate sweating around my lower body because i tend to wear pants and not shorts and this sorta backfires on me sometimes.

I sweat very easily, and it gets embarassing really easily. Even when doing simple things, like shaking someone's hand can cause me to sweat. My social anxiety doesn't help, either :(

I tend to be the same way.  I sweat profusely when I get nervous, which happens a lot.  I wish I could just turn it off.  It's not necessary.  JUST STOP!

I sweat more then anyone I have ever seen. its only when I am hot, or exorcising. I even sweat in the winter when doing stuff like snowshoeing, I never thought of it as a problem, I just need to make shore I have the right clothes on (cotton dos not do well for me)(all though, no clothes would be the right thing to where wen working out in the heat!). I find it works well because I can ride a bike when it is 90F out all day with out a problem. I do need to take a L of water per hour with me. (when doing an 8 hour bike ride, this can be a big deal to take that much water). when I run I sweat the most because of the lack of airflow. I when for a 2 hour run the other day and did something I never did before. I have soaked my shirt, shorts, and underwear to the point that it is like I jumped in a pool but on that run I also soaked my socks to the point that even my shoe laces where wet! anyway, even thought I sweat more than anyone I have ever seen. I don't feel like I sweat to much, I feel like most people don't sweat enough.

Yes, I sweat quite a lot, when I'm sitting on a chair I tend to leave a ton of sweat on it. At night I sweat a bit too.

Yep.

Some people have something called hyperhydrosis (something along the spellings of that)

I went to my doctor and he gave me this super strong deodrant that actually helps a bit

But yes we all know how you feel.

Those awkward moments where someone touches your hand

Or those sweat marks on chairs......

Sorry TMI!

A little more than the average person, but it's not that bad. Well, unless I go to a con and stay in costume all day, at which point I can drink over a gallon of water and sweat all of it out.

Not really, I sweat normal amount. During the summer I do get hot easily but do not sweat much except when I exercise of course.
