In this forum game, you guess the state of the thing the person posts above you, then post your own.

Example:

User 1:

Ice

User 2:

Solid

Water

User 3:

Liquid

Rock

User 1:

Solid

Lava

I'll go first:

Refracting particles of light, which are neither gas, solid nor liquid, so far as we know anyways. Light is made up of photons, which which means that it isn't even an atom. I'd say light is technically a different state of matter, so I'll just simply respond with that "Light"

Of course, we're all ponies in Equestria, so we all know that Rainbows are a very spicy liquid ;) I'll let you decide whether you prefer liquid or light on this one ;)

Helium at 2.18 degrees Kelvin.

Solid!

Um... Gas? o.o

Cake

XD Way off, my friend. At 2.18 degrees Kelvin (Which is just a few notches above absolute zero) Helium goes into a state known as a "Super Fluid" in which the liquid becomes frictionless, and can slip between the the molecules that make up whatever is holding the helium.

I like my Cloudsdale Colosseum games to be Educational, if it's not to big of a deal :P

None of the above.

Ahem. It is a feeling of affection or liking towards another person place or object. Some people misinterpret it as an immediate sign of future marriage, which is sadly mistaken as people have loved each other just as friends many other times. The same goes with objects. "I love french fries!" Doesnt meen your going to marry them. Ultimately love is an emotion, an has no liquid, gas, or solid state. Some people consider its solid state a heart, but this is not true. The heart merely symbolizes love and isn't actually love itself.

Ponies are the prime example of love. End of story.

A supernova.
